Sara and the staff are awesome -- caring, friendly and knowledgeable. They really know their stuff! I saw Sara at another location about six years ago for a different problem and was so impressed with her, I had to find out where she relocated to.

I was so surprised that my low back pain was posture and hamstring tightness related !! I thought it was so much more, but I stick to a simple stretching routine and running is going so much better. If I need to, I won't hesitate to be back Sara.

I've been working with Alex for a sports injury and he's been fantastic! He developed the regiment to help me get back in the game as quickly and safely as possible. After a few weeks of therapy I've been able to get back into the game at a moderate speed.
