Athletico Physical Therapy - Central Omaha

Lynn Pelster has personally helped me recover from rotator surgery on both of my shoulders over the last 8 years at the Mutual of Omaha location downtown. She manages her staff; Calvin, Jordan, and Mitch in the most professional way. They make the painful experience of rehab fun and interesting, encouraging you an pushing you to be better. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, readily available, kind, caring and fun. What else can you ask for?! After spending the last 6 months with these people, I consider them friends!

Do not recommend! I was told not to come to any of my MINOR daughter’s appointments! And this was waaaay before Covid hit! The information I provided via telephone was NEVER put in my daughters chart! Sara, my daughters PT who also happens to be the clinic supervisor, took it upon herself to fill in information and scratch out information. Then there’s her treatment, which is a whole different story! They book multiple patients at a time! You will never get a one on one experience. It’s sad to say, but it’s all about the money and not what’s best for the patient. Save yourself the headache, go elsewhere.

All of the staff at athletico were friendly and super invested in my well being and recovery. The entire team was amazing and I would recommend to everybody who needs PT

I recently went to Excel for about three weeks for an arm injury. The facility looks pleasant and is clean. The staff is professional and helpful from the front desk to the therapy staff. The staff took time to educate me on my injury and were very serious about my efforts to recover. Thank you to the Excel Team for your help! Special shout out to Sara and Taylor :-)

I have been a patient twice and received exceptional care from this staff. i had Anna and she is professional, knowledgable, kind, and explained everything to me prior treatment. She gave me printouts of exercises I can do at home and both times I had a good recovery. I recommend the entire staff as they encourge every patient to do their best. I think of them as my family. Thank you to anna and the entire staff.

Excellent place to heal! I came in using a walker due to pain. After one week I was pain free and progressing toward strength building. Sara and all the staff are kind, compassionate and work to help each individual who comes for physical therapy. We are blessed to have them in Omaha

I recently had surgery in December and they did a great job getting me back to full recovery! Everyone is so nice and personable and 100% would recommend this place to a friend!

Hurt my back at work got refer to Atletico, Ginger was my first PT an Anna was my PT for the rest of the time, they were so good and thorough an very professional with helping get back to work great job guys

The staff is very friendly, caring and always upbeat. The therapists are knowledgeable and reassuring. They can tell you “why” you are doing the exercises you are given. This is my second injury that I have gone to Athletico for therapy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Cecilia Fanciullo

This is my second time experiencing Excel so good had to go back twice the first time Guy ( I'm going to miss you )second time Sarah. And I really want to express how knowledgeable and professional the staff are. I feel like I'm getting the best care ever. They are motivated and dedicated to putting me back together.
