Athletico Physical Therapy - Central Omaha

The providers and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My care was excellent and I felt like patients needs are put first! Update 1/21: I’m back again for PT for another surgery and very happy with the care and therapy. The staff and providers are still great! I feel well taken care of :)

Athletico Physical Therapy is awesome! Their location is very convenient and their knowledgeable staff is so enthusiastic. It was the perfect place for me. I looked forward to each of my appointments with Sara. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She is very thorough, very intelligent and so very patient and kind. You would be fortunate with work with her to achieve your PT goals! She clearly loves her “job” and soon becomes your biggest cheerleader. My Physical Therapist Anna is awesome! I started here in March after I broke my right ankle in January of this year. She had helped me regain so much strength and ability, helped me regain my confidence, and is seriously one of the nicest people I've met. The entire staff here is welcoming and so very kind. I was nervous to start PT and she took all that nervousness away!!

I had a great experience following my shoulder surgery. The entire staff was very welcoming. Alex was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire recovery process. I had great results and healed quicker than I anticipated. Their hours worked very well with my schedule and they were always accommodating. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for physical therapy!

First of all as many have said Jen (who runs front desk) is great! she is good at her job. I'm in health care so from my first visit I got the impression that the therapist work well as a team, when needed. that's always a good indication that they are happy and love what they do. help people. ALEX is scary smart! he KNOWS what he is doing and understands human anatomy and physiology. THAT is what I need from a therapist. im regularly impressed by his knowledge of what is going on with my pain, progress, and what to do for me. most importantly (to me) is the time he has taken to break it down and actually explain my pain to me. I have never worked with such a knowledgeable therapist before. I am not an easy customer. I need answers!!! to me, Alex exemplifies what it is to be an asset to my getting better!!! thanks Alex!!! and the rest of the team that have helped me to beleive that PT can help/work for me to get better.

After being a patient here myself, I expected to find a place where my son could find success with his physical therapy needs. We were so grateful to watch how well this team did with my son and his therapy. Not only did Aden exceed his PT goals in less than 3 months, the team (Rachel, Jen, & Sara) was kind and made it fun for him! Both Rachel and Sara helped him learn how to be a good PT patient this time around and prepared him for how he can keep on track as he continues to grow. Though we’ll do our best to stay healthy, we’ll likely - and happily - be back as patients again in the future.

The experience with Athletico was extraordinary. After rotator cuff surgery, Sara and the team guided me to a strong recovery. Their expertise, patience and positive approach were wonderful. Sara is a PT superstar! Highly recommend the group!

I chose this place for its location close to my work and home, but I love it because the people are fun and friendly and the atmosphere is open and relaxing. The location is in the strip mall near JAMS on 78th and Dodge, so traffic is annoying, but there is almost always parking right in from of the building or a very short walk away (15-20 steps?). The front desk staff are sometimes out and so if there is a wait and no one there, it's easy to stick your head around the corner and one of the therapists will see what you need. Staff are the best - very friendly, very well trained, good at explaining things if you ask, careful to make sure you get the help you need without pushing you too far. Andi like that they have some different exercises that feel more like games for some things (I had an ankle injury). I enjoyed going to PT and always felt it was worthwhile. When I overworked my not-yet-healed ankle and it swelled significantly, they did additional therapy to help reduce the swelling more quickly so we could move back to progressing instead of waiting a week or two and slowing everything down. I appreciated the medical care they provided, the down-to-earth atmosphere and the welcoming staff. I notice A LOT of repeat customers coming back and I'm not surprised - this is my choice of PT locations now too.
