Tommy's Express® Car Wash

They did an ok job.. The reason why I say it that way is because It was an extremely dirty truck from 380 miles of road salt and grime on it. I probably should have run it through a second time but was running short on time that morning. My other issue I wish they could address was that I have automatic running boards that lift up-and-down as you open the door.. So it's hard to get these boards clean going through a car wash where you can't open the door and let down the running boards. But in some car washes that I have been to they have at least one individual who is running a high pressure sprayer that could have got to my running boards if they would have thought of it. All in all Tommy did a good job!

I have a Jeep Wrangler and the car wash does not get the side view mirrors clean or the back window. The car wash broke down for about 4-5 mins and no one came by to say anything. Just sat there. After completing wash, you need to bring a towel to finish drying off. At the 132nd street location, the vacs outside hardly have enough suction to be of use. Not pleased with latest visit and will look for other options. I visited the store between 1:24 - 1:37 on 2/3.

Fast and efficient, go for the unlimited number of washes, for a good price. Mobile app makes it all very easy!

Helpful young man removed my antenna as I couldn't reach to do so. Satisfied with the wash.

Love the unlimited car wash membership! It’s costly, but I utilize it almost daily.

I usually love Tommy’s car wash but this location in particular has really went downhill. The end rollers that apply tire shine are mucky and spread dark black covered shine all over your rims, and today when I went through the wash, the drying blowers literally threw mud at my new car. I was not happy and after talking to the attendants they recommended I go through the wash another time which I did not do in fear of it happening again. I was hoping they would offer some sort of compensation for the mistake, but nothing. I was told it was due to cleaning near the blowers which doesn’t make sense to me, regardless I contacted their customer support number and the lady offered nothing to help the situation, besides a follow up email. In fact one of the attendants used his fingers to wipe the mud on the hood of my car! I opted to drive across town to the 180th street location, which is almost brand new, and far better managed. The attendants always watch to make sure that your car gets clean and offer free interior cleaning wipes occasionally which is nice. The 180th location also has high pressure hoses and vacuums that aren’t plugged with debris…. AVOID THE 132nd LOCATION!! 0 out of 5 stars, I do NOT recommend this wash location.

Everything I wrote is true and their reply is 2 months late! Brushes scratched my taillight on my brand new car. To be honest the speed of the brushes should be slowed down and the dryer to. Not good for little cars! The manager was standoffish about the situation and he lacked knowledge of detailing a car and the car products they carry. WONT RETURN EVER

I’ve had Tommy’s Express Car Wash 132nd and L) for a few months now, always cleaned my car well for the price I’ll give them that. Noticed that my Shark fin was missing for my antenna after the car wash. So I went there and they did their thing and took pictures. Miguel called me and told me that it happened a few days prior at the wash they saw it on the video. Supposedly it “blew” off when the air dryers were blowing on my car and they said it’s not “covered” because the winds are “equal” to the highway even though it’s not a touch less car wash and their brushes definitely go over the shark fin cover before it dries the vehicle. So to sum it up I have to buy a new one and replace it myself which isn’t horrible just bad business on their part. Canceled my membership and they lost a loyal customer.

Paying and the wash experience were great. Some of the vacuums were down and the one I used had very little suction, took alot of effort to get the carpets clean. Look for coupons in the mail for free washes!

Not very good for mid-size sedans. Does not clean the car properly and the rotating brushes does not adjust well to the smaller size of the mid-size sedan, resulting in a poor car wash. The dryers are not good as well, leaving dot marks in the car once the water evaporates. The free vaccum also has very less suction power. Fail in many fronts. But giving 2 stars for their free mat cleaning and free air check utilities.
