Tommy's Express® Car Wash

I drive all over Nebraska and the Tommy's car wash here in the Papillion area is by far the best. The employees are great, friendly, and extremely helpful. I don't ever have a hard time getting help or finding an employee if I have a question. Unlike rocket wash. The car wash itself does a great job on my car. The vacuum cleaner work very well. I love this location as well because it has the mat cleaner for your inside floor Matt and a wash area for the rubber dirty ones. They have some towels disposable to wipe down the interior. They sell detail kits for $3.00 they include surface cleaner, glass cleaner, ultra towel, and air freshener clips The vacuum are free and so is everything else beside the detail kits with the purchase of a car wash. I have a monthly subscription and I get way more than my money worth. Hands down this is the best location.i have been to lincoln grand island columbus and here and this is my favorite one. Keep up the good work car wash employees everyone else should come check them out

I have been taking my 2021 Black Silverado to Tommy since day 1. I have 3 vehicles with the works. I noticed horizontal scratches down both sides and the paint looked like someone took steel wool to it. It was quite evident that the car wash was responsible. Management went through their process and determined the damage was there prior to my last wash. If you have a dark color I would avoid. If you choose to use this system, verify each and every wash that there is not damage. 3 cars, the works, approx $1,400 per year before tax. I will be redirecting that towards repairs. I will not be returning.

Decent wash at a good price. I paid around $15 and have a Ford Expedition. My only complaint is that it's like the back hatch of the car was skipped/missed. The dirt and grime (normal, not heavy) pooped on the bumper. Never washed off. But good wash otherwise

I was coming from another Unlimited Car Wash Club and expected a decline on service. To my surprise, I actually was satisfied with the level of clean for the package I selected. Yes there are some changes however, no damages, car was clean and not busy when I went. I'd give 5 stars but the vacuums suck... No they don't!

We stopped to get our caravan washed with a free coupon that was sent to us in the mail. They did a great job of washing the vehicle. We then used their free vacuum to clean the inside of the vehicle. We are very pleased with the service Will probably return again.

I don’t recommend taking your vehicle here, unless you want deep scratches from their equipment and a hazy finish. I canceled my membership, and will be happy to use a self service wash from now on. At least my car gets clean now, without physical damage, at a fraction of the cost. I see from other reviews that I am not the only one with these experiences.

My best experience and friendly staff. The boy with the mohawk haircut help and give me a free sample, just because he like my car. I was waiting for papillion to open but I will continue to drive to this location

DO NOT USE TOMMYS CAR WASHES! Took our brand new truck there 1 week after getting it and it put a ton of scratches in it and swirled the paint. We reported it when we were at the vacuums and they said a manager would callus. That didn't happen. We contacted them and the manager said to meet him up there. He was not there when he said he would be so an employee showed us the video that they say shows the scratches and there were none there. He pointed out a scratch in the video that isnt even on the truck. My husband met with someone today and they said they won't do anything because they were already there. This is not true. The truck was buffed and ceramic coated 1 week prior to using the car wash. Q

Bent my mirror out, luckily I popped it back into place. Car wasn't very dirty, just dirty rain spots. Side windows STILL have dirty rain drops on them. The entire back window and hatch of my Suburban is still VERY dirty. Not worth it.

Literally just went to the new location off 180th & Dodge St to get the works car wash. Beyond let down by the end result. My hummer wasn't even that dirty and it literally almost looks more dirty now after going through the wash than it was prior to entering. Don't waste your money.
