Tried club cash wash and to say the least I’m coming back to Tommy’s. Tommy’s he never damaged my car, left a residue all over, or had rude employees. Every wash I’ve gotten from Tommy’s has left me sparkling clean. Unless I’m super dirty then I can just go through again. For people who are saying their car was still dirty. It depends on how dirty your car is to start with. If you say something to a rep while there. They have always sent us through again to get it re-cleaned for free. Only thing I would like to see Tommy’s add, would be towels to use to fry off/ wipe insides down with. Adding this feature and I bet you’d get even more customers. As this is why we tried club.

I got a crack in my windshield , which occurred WHILE still in the car wash. Josh Bart says that it was due to a pre-existing conditions in the windshield, but there was no chips or cracks in my windshield prior. I just purchased my vehicle the day prior with no damage in it. Luckily I have a letter from the dealership that states that there was no damage to the window prior, which will come in handy when I sue the car wash. :) Josh Bart stated that he didn't see the damage on my vehicle via the cameras, but then tells me that the cameras are probably not good enough to see the damage. So what's the point of having this so called camera system if you can't even see the damage? Josh calls himself in expert in the area, but got all of his 'facts' from the corporate office. What a joke of a business. Do not go here.

The membership lane wasn't recognizing my plate which happens occasionally but the staff were too busy messing around and playing on their phones to help until I started backing up to go to the cashier window. Beyond disappointed

A nice car wash experience. These guys have many packages and I say it is one of the best in town. When we talk about Car wash services. Free Vaccume also provide in the same facility.

OLD - Good wash. Wish the vacuums had some more sucking power. UPDATE - they promised vacuums with more sucking power and they delivered. Moving from 4 to 5 stars. Good job!

I go through that wash every morning on my way to work. Love that car wash, much better than a local one I used to go to until prices went up and you had to be a premium member to use a vacuum, very lame. My car looks great every day thanks to Tommy’s Express Wash.

Best car wash in town. Especially if u have a lowered or modified car and don’t feel like washing it yourself bc one day it’s 70 degrees full of sunshine and the next is snowing and -10 degrees all of the sudden but this I recommend. Vacuums are always powerful too

Ive been using Tommy’s for almost 2 years and I always loved it but recently the quality has been going way down hill. The vacuums barely ever work, the line is always long, people are always struggling to line their car up with the tunnel because the workers are too lazy to come out and guide people. My last straw was today. I literally got hit by another car in your car wash tunnel. Smashed in my front end. Horrible experience. Never coming back again.

Supposedly got the works on a new F-150 where it did not clean, nor certainly wax anything for $19.00. Have gone to less expensive auto washes, and even these guys at Tommy’s for half the price. Tommy’s is over-rated for what it is. I would never use them again. They will attempt sell you an auto checking account plan. My experience with these carwash cons, once they get into your account. At some point double billing occurs, and what a nightmare to clean that up. Stick to simple, you will be much happier in the long run, definitely less costly for the results.
