Few things I seen after paying for a $16 car wash. I still have dirty wheels. Prior to entering, I asked the cashier specifically if it cleans wheels. He suggested the top wash. It cleaned them but I still have brake dust residue on all 4 wheels. ( they weren't in a tragic state to begin with as I just washed my car last week ) And secondly, the brushes at the end intended to dry my car, didn't even touch my car. Left or right. Wide gap between each side. Overall, nice carwash. Pleasant staff and clean facility.

I come on here to give my positive reviews and am blown away at the negativity. This company gives to charity, gives away prizes, puts on a cool Halloween show for US the patrons and so much more. Tommy’s is awesome! The expectations of perfection from a lazy generation is appalling. They don’t want to do it themselves but they want to complain about every little imperfection or the cost. Things are going to happen in this imperfect world. Machines break down. Your car will not be spotless but you can go through again and again until it is. Damage? Really? I think most times than not, people are trying to get something for nothing. Do it yourself if you’re that shallow and hateful. It’s a chance you take if you go through a car wash instead of actually getting out of your car and doing it yourself. Then there’s no one to blame if something happens though, am I right? So let’s do it and slander them on their website. They’re all simply hateful cowards in a nutshell. The staff and company here work hard and should be praised instead. I think these complaints are from those miserable in their own lives and they have to complain to feel better. Don’t let the negativity stray you from a great location. The staff here are always smiling and enjoying what they do. They give a pleasant and thorough service. Five stars from me for a job well done.

Don't use this car wash! It damaged my car with scratches all throughout! I contacted the business and they said they are unwilling to do anything. This business seems to prioritize how many cars they can get through as fast as possible over quality. I know these scratches came from this wash because I just purchased my car new off the lot and it was mint prior.

Two rounds of "The Works" later and my vehicle is still buggy. The nice person at the desk said they are an express wash and therefore can't and don't get bugs off your car. They also don't offer refunds. This is all unfortunate because the place is new and convenient. Moral of the story is pick another place if you need bug removal as part of your $16 top tier wash. At least the second trip was free?

For unlimited washes, the price is right on point. Does it clean 100%, no. But thats the point. The washes are unlimited depending on what you pay. And at $35 or whatever for the highest tier it is worth it compared to a $10 touchless car wash per wash !

Loved this place at first. They have adjusted the products. Not soapy, and does not clean under the tire wells at all!!!! Can definitely distinguish a difference in the cleaning products.

Spent $20 on a wash to see what place was like. Not impressed for the cost. I had mud all over my running boards and fenders. Streaks all over and wasn’t even close to dry when I got out. Disappointed and won’t go back. Casey’s touch free does a better job and cheaper.

I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in the Omaha area. They carry themselves and their business so well. It is always like a well oiled machine when I come! Jacob and Adolfo have really made my experience more enjoyable and I can really tell management takes their time making sure all customers have a great wash and great experience. A forever fan! Great job guys!

When i lived in Fremont it was nice to be,able to clean my car 7+ times a week and use the vacuums for free but,I now have a rocket wash monthly plan because they have detail products to clean my car inside even better. Keep up the great work tommys
