I called for bat removal and the CSR dept at the call centers actually CARE and I assumed that would be the same for the branches but it is not. They got me to sign up for the reg pest spray service also when I called about bats and the guy who came for that was very nice. The inspection guy (Jade) for the bats was amazing seemed extremely knowledgeable and made me feel this would be taken care of. The 2 guys that came out to do the bat exclusion (twice in 2 days because the first day they didn't bring a ladder and couldn't even get on my roof and was going to call it good but I refused) were friendly... all in all the people who have been to my home are very nice and friendly so I don't think it's their fault yet the branch managers fault for lack of training and care. As nice as the guys doing (or attempting) the bat exclusion are... they are obviously not trained at all in this. I got charged 1300 for this service to ensure bats would be gone and all that was done by the bat exclusion team was one wire mesh (very small) was put over one possible entry/exit point and they also attached a cone at the end of an existing diy one already on the roof (previous owners obviously started this and never finished) and that's it for the bats.. they won't go into my attic at all and seem to refuse to.. they did spend a lot of time working to seal up the perimeter of my house with caulk (which I have plenty of anyways and could do myself) for mice and such but this does NOT have ANYTHING to do with getting out the bats and they were supposed to make sure any entry/exit point for the bats was sealed (anything a dime or larger) yet did nothing else as far as that except the 2 I mentioned leaving tons of possible entry/exit points and you guessed it I STILL have bats... they won't call back now and I don't even want to bother with the branch I honestly just want my money back. I feel like we just possible lost 1300 that we don't have lying around for absolutely NOTHING!! I feel ripped off and quite frankly scammed!! Have a feeling getting a refund will be quite an ordeal... this was why I went with the main guys... I believed they would get it done better and would take pride in that because they are a major company and now I wish I would have never picked up the phone and called...

Terrible. I called on a Monday. They said someone will be there tomorrow between 3 and 5. Noone showed up, no one called. I called and called. Next day waited on hold for 52 minutes to get hung up on. Called back and left a message. A WEEK LATER the guy calls and says I'll be there in 30minutes. Ohh no. I already called Orkin and they've been here, treated and left. Terrible customer service. I'd give 0 stars if available.

We had signed up for a one year contract for them to come out and spray out home. The sales person that showed up to our home that sold us the package told us that we would be notified when we needed to renew. Through the year the techs would show up hours late and customer service is horrible. We were unaware that our last service was just out of our contract period but was never notified. Until we received a bill in the mail. When I called to dispute the charge the customer service reps were very rude and I have requested on a number of occasions that i be contacted by someone who could help me with this bill. Over two weeks later no one has contacted me. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Orkin is better at treating the yard. Terminix is great for bed bugs. Just be sure to not sign off on anything you did not ask for. There was an added on service that I didn't request. Orkin is also more affordable and comes by more often (my opinion).

My complaint is with the call center and setting up appointments. This has happened several years now. They notify me about an appointment made for me usually in the winter (who can check for termites in the snow?) So I call in and change the appointment for spring. Then they email me about the appointment but they have changed it to another time entirely so I call them and set up another time and then get a reminder call and that has changed also. I have no problem with the techs that come out but everything else needs a lot of attention. I would change to another service but hate the thought of starting over, but if this continues I will give it serious consideration.

They came early. The guy was friendly and kind. Very informative. Quick and easy. Much appreciated. But the emails and texts hounding me to leave a review sucked.

Very discouraged by this company they have been to my house 2 times and both times they do not have the mattress covers we paid $500.00 for the 1st time we were told they were out of them at that time but would be back in a few days, 2 weeks later they came back to retreat and still no mattress covers we were told they were in but the boss has not unpacked them yet. They were paid in full before the first treatment so once they have your money they no longer care.Would not recommend them to any one.

I called on Sunday July 23rd and spoke with somebody at their call center who initially discussed my need for pest services as i was having a problem with spiders and water bugs. I spoke w 3 people that day, the first to discuss the type of pest, the second who gave me a price quote and the 3rd to schedule the appointment. The gentlemen that scheduled the appointment said they could get somebody out wednesday between 8-10AM. I asked the man what day that was and he said the 26th we also discussed my 3 month contract would end October 26th. At the end of the call he confirmed that somebody would be out Wednesday, July 26th no earlier than 8am and no later than 10am. So Wednesday came and i had advised my boss i would be late for work and i sat and waited, nobody showed. At 10:00am i contacted the phone number to be told "maam your appointment hasnt been rescheduled and it looks like it was originally scheduled for Wednesday August 2 from 8-10AM. I said absolutely not if that was the case i would have taken my business elsewhere. The lady then advised me that "she didnt set the appointment, shes just trying to help" she then stated she would have somebody call me from the local office to be able to get somebody out this week. I waited all day until somebody finally called me at 4:30 and said the earliest they can be out is saturday the 29th between 3-5PM. I advised the man that would not work for me as i had plans on saturday and i told him i would call Orkin and would not be using Terminix ever again so he went on to say that he would move an appointment and would be here the 29th between 8-10AM. Well today is saturday the 29th, they didnt show up between 8-10AM so ia waited as i cleared my schedule i thought for sure they have to come between 3-5PM but i decided i would call them just to make sure as it was 4:15PM and still nobody had showed up. I called and used the automated system that told me that my appointment was Monday August 7th between 10AM-noon. At this point i was pissed, i spoke with a representative who gave me their go to story about how they cant do anything in that office but contact the local and district offices to have somebody call me but that she didnt know why the automated system is saying the 7th bc the notes on my account show Saturday the 29th between 8-10AM. I said i wanted to speak with a supervisor as i felt i deserved to be reimbursed with some sort of discount due to the lack of professionalism, well let me just tell you, as useless as the customer service rep is, the supervisor is worse. She was extremely rude and kept placing blame on the scheduling dept. Im sorry but passing the buck does not work for a customer who had messed work and rescheduled meeting because of the unprofessional nature of the company. So i told them somebody better call me today and make this right to which i was told an email was sent to the manager at the local office to have them call me as soon as possible. As ive been typing up this review i have received 2 calls from their automated system asking about my experience with their representative and of course i gave them horrible scores. Do youself a favor, use a different pest control service. This company is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. I honestly dont understand how theyve been in business this long if this is the way they treat their customer.

I was pleased initially with the response to my request for service. I am pleased with our service technician who always calls ahead and speaks to us in person at our home. I appreciate his explanation of the service he performs, his professional manner, identifying uniform and vehicle.

Where do I start... We got an email sent to us on a Tuesday saying our appointment was going to be on Friday. Any normal person would think that it would be that Friday due to it lacking a date. We prepped the house had the dog out and everything was ready and nobody showed that Friday. I called Turman X they said my appointment was the following Friday. I stated my concern of my kids starting school and my dog is already out of the house and we had somewhere to stay that night. But they seem not to care. It took my husband calling complaining and finally somebody came out the next day. In the beginning of all of this I signed A tablet device to get it all financed. Come to find out it was not financed andthey told me the wrong price it was going to be hundreds of dollars more. Tried to contact The district manager in Omaha now for three weeks and still nobody calls me back. You can call the number all you want but the only thing they can do is email your district office The call center they have is a joke they are friendly and nice but only trained that way. It's as though they are just reading from a script every single time you call I hear the same thing over and over again. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with Terminix I would not recommend a them to anybody for any sort of treatment.
