Called Thursday about a free estimate. Scheduled between 8-10 AM on Saturday morning. No call no show even after I called to see if they were still coming. Was told a message would be sent to the worker who would contact me either way. Waste of your time. Find better reliable service somewhere else! Would give 0 stars if it would let me!

When Lee came to my home yesterday to address the vast number of orbit weaving spiders that have inhabited my patio area, he was very friendly, explained everything to me, answered all my questions about spiders and other insects, and left my patio sanctuary pristine and free of spiderwebs and spiders. It was 100° outside while he was working but he was working like a “busy bee“. He also discovered a huge wasp nest on my garage, which answered the question of why My back yard has been so annoyingly full of aggressive wasps for the last few weeks. They, along with the spiders are now history.

Technicians are lazy, as are the managers. Don't return phone calls or texts ever. Tech did not want to climb a ladder to knock down a wasp nest! Really?? Also stated that they do not treat for Asian lady beetles. Well what exactly do you treat for? Half the time they don't show up for service and will bill anyways.And when they do arrive, they are in and out in 5 mins. Should take longer than that for the amount paid for service. Don't call new customers for 3-5 days after a start to setup service. 3 week wait on bedbug work termite work. Very unprofessional and unethical.

Service is ridiculous. Was supposed to have someone here yesterday or today between 8 and 10. No one called and no one showed. Came several weeks ago and did outside when no one was home. This visit was supposed to finish the job to do the inside. They know I have the inside done too. You can’t get the message through to them of when you are available for them to come. Really close to cancelling my business with them.

The first couple services were so good. Now this last month we had them show up while no one was home treat the yard and leave our bill on the front door unannounced. Our service is suppose to be inside and outside so we have to be home and they should have called to make sure that we even wanted to continue treatment and schedule a good time for them to come and do it instead of just showing up. So we did want to continue treatment so I called to reschedule them to finish doing the inside so we could have a full service and were suppose to come out one weekend which was a no call no show... So I called and rescheduled for a week later again a no call no show and they don't give you a technician phone number to call and ask where they are. Also I tried calling twice the customer service and was on hold for over a hour before just hanging up. Called again this morning and they said they only have one appointment to reschedule which doesn't fit our working hours so they will have to call back within 24/48 hours... don't waste your time with this company they obviously don't care about their customers, and they wont refund us for the unannounced time they came out to begin with.

It was good at first but the man that came out to our house is not my favorite- I have tried repeatedly to ask for someone else and he still comes. Positive note... we have no more ants but I will be looking for some one else for the future.

Your people do not spray where they need too ,borax would do a better job.

We started using Terminix a few years ago. We just couldn't keep up with all the ants that wanted to live indoors with us! The technicians are always friendly and respectful of our property. The company sends a technician if we have bug issues in between service intervals.

We have been using Terminix for a number of years (ever since they took over Rove) and we've never had any major issues. They've always come out and taken care of extra issues (wasps, nests, spiders, silverfish) until recently. The last regular service I let the new guy know that we have wasps that build nests under the railing of our deck so I need those removed/sprayed. He only took care of maybe 2. So I called and asked them to come back out because now we have more (and we spend ALOT of time in our backyard in the summer) I had an appointment scheduled last Saturday, came home early from what I was doing to be here for them to show up..waited 3 hours and no one showed or called. I had another appointment scheduled for Monday to do an inspection and they also No-Showed. I called, you can't talk to anyone IN Omaha, so they just send messages and schedule another appointment. Again a NO-SHOW. I called yesterday and again talked to someone NOT in Omaha. He assured me that the local Manager, Steve Jackson, was going to call me last night between 6-7pm to discuss our issues and remedy the situation and again, NOTHING. He also told me he was emailing him our file and I asked to be CC'd on it and he took down my e-mail address and I receive No E-mail. I am so frustrated.....We have about a dozen wasp/yellow jacket nests that I pay to have taken care of and I can't get anyone out here! After writing this review and reading others, iI received this note: "Thank you for contacting the Terminix Cares Website. We apologize for the delay in responding to your email. We have received and reviewed your request. After reviewing your account it seems as though you contacted the Customer Care Center after sending and an appointment has been scheduled for 7/18/19 1 PM - 3 PM. Were your concerns addressed properly? If not, please respond back to this email and the concerns will be addressed. We apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced. " So, this makes no sense to me. As of this point in time...my issues have not been resolved. 7/18 is 5 days away and is most likely our regular scheduled quarterly maintenance. This is not taking care of the issue.
