The first time out here he wasn’t a real tech someone from the office. I asked for rodent help he put some sticky traps out and a termite trap. But I didn’t have any termites. I said no I have mice. So another person from Storm Lake came out and he said he only saw activity in the kitchen and my room no where else, but if I had a problem to call him he would come out his name was mr. Foutz. So then I had another problem in which I saw a mouse and he put down metal traps all around the basement and living quarters even under the beds. Yet has caught nothing. He said mice are smart where they see one die they sometimes will avoid the traps. So then a higher up dropped by and I took a whole house plan when they caulked the outside of the home and roof, and caulked inside the home foundation and crevices In the basement. Yet nothing caught. They said I may see more activity in the house because they can’t get outside. I did see a mouse 2 days ago and it ran from the vent to refrigerator I got up right away moved the fridge and saw nothing while my dog was waiting for it to come out. It never did. I’m not so sure it went down the water line hole from the fridge because that hole is just big enough for water lime. It’s a new refrigerator too. I’ve only had it almost a year in May. It’s not been back anywhere it’s been the cabinets show no mice droppings, my bedroom no droppings, so far nothing in the spare bedroom. So they have been eating or in the insulation on top of the basement walls, just can’t catch anything and haven’t heard or seen activity in 2 days. Where are they I don’t know. But whoever comes out they need to bring a tall ladder to get in the attic.

The gentleman who helped us was very polite, very thorough and answered any questions we had. The next day, after he sprayed, there were dead bugs EVERYWHERE. Our basement had dead bugs all over the floors. It was amazing how many were outside too. Amazing job and very reasonable.

Good deal for the money. Keeps the bugs out of the house and we live in the trees with lots of critters. Professional and our technician Trevor is the best. We really appreciate him.

I was very happy with the service in the beginning. The men that came out were very professional. We ended our service due to just not needing it anymore. We received a bill so we paid it. Received another bill and asked why it said we owed for another month when we cancelled. They said it didn’t show we cancelled so I again cancelled our service. 6 MONTHS LATER, we’re still receiving bills and asked for a manager to call us and nobody reached out. So ridiculous and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend this company.

Impossible to talk with local dealer. Must go through a centralized sales offer. Inspection conducted two weeks ago and they still haven't processed our check. The local manager who did the inspection did not understand VA inspection paperwork. I do not recommend Terminix.

The service person of Terminix showed up to my house 1-2 hours later than the appointment window. Service was scheduled 10-12 am. He showed up after 1:30 Pm. He did some minor work (per him) outside which was negligible and not needed and I was clear with him to wait until I get home and despite that he did whatever work outside so he can charge me. I needed the service and requested it to be done inside my house. I contacted him many times afterwards and he promised to come and finish the service for charge free. Then he, Travis, stopped responding and never finished the service he is supposed to do. Charged me with 159 $ and they declined to refund me or finish the service. Please avoid them. Very poor service.

I paid the amount off. Way ahead of time. We scheduled to come out on the first of September. No one never showed up. I have cameras around the house. Recording. I checked them after I got home from work. They sent me a text saying they would be here. EVERYONE OUT THERE. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Called for a VA pest inspection, they sounded nice on the phone, made an appointment, then never heard from them again. No call to reschedule, no apology for missing an appointment. I know they didn’t come by, because we got up early since we work nights, and waited for them. Would definitely not recommend. We went with Bentson Pest Management. They were actually worth it.

This review is for my aunts house of what I have witnessed so far. She hired Terminix to remove some rodents. The contract included sealing the house and rodent dropping clean up for a cost of over $2000.00. The person sent to perform the work was labeled as a supervisor. The work performed by Terminix looked more like vandalism (see pics) than repair. Random areas of spray foam that can be seen while standing on the front porch. Notice the gaps are not filled. The clean up consisted of a tiny box and gloves, NO SHOP VAC. They had no intention of cleaning up droppings around appliances as was originally agreed upon. This is an ongoing issue since nobody within management level at Terminix will call her back. Looks like a "take the money and run" situation to me. In response to Terminix Owner: You want to help?
