I was concerned about a potential pest problem I had at home. Having an absolute hatred for bugs and wanting to catch a potential issue early, I decided to give Orkin a call. They wanted $95.00 to inspect my home and that seemed really steep. I decided to go with who I thought was another reputable company, Terminix. I confirmed all of my information on the phone and was told they’d be here between 3-5PM today. I left work early to make sure I was there. However, nobody showed up. I called and they had a completely different address and phone number on file. I corrected it and they attempted to call my technician to see where he was at just to find out that they can’t locate him. I have used Orkin in the past and had no issues. This was Terminix’s chance to potentially get my business and they completely ruined that opportunity and wasted my time and money by me missing work. I read the reviews prior to this and said “this wont happen to me”. Well, I was wrong. So PLEASE, if you see this review, do NOT go through Terminix if you want your issue handled in a timely manner. They will not get the job done.

hard to believe this company still exists with this poor of scheduling and customer service. if someone is lucky enough to actually able to speak with the Branch Manager - John Gaona, please let me know how you accomplished that. i receive emails advising me of my appointment times; make plans to stay home; and no one shows up. When i call to confirm the time, the customer service representitive has some completely different appointment in their schedule. Stunningly bad performance from a Service Master Company.

Lee Mckinney Our Service Technician is Amazing! he doesn't mind that i ask 100 questions or that i ask the same question 5 times. he's very thorough and explains everything in a way that i can understand, and he keeps me laughing. The Best Customer Service I've seen in a long time!!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been a customer getting quarterly pest control for almost 15 years. In December my technician did not show up. I communicated with him and he confirmed that he hadn't been there. Well when I spoke with the branch to credit me their response was..."well looking at our computer it looks like he provided a really good service that day". Well I'm glad he can say he did, because it was Christmas Eve and we were home and he was never there. Terrible costumer service to not believe a long time customer. I will never use this company again and recommend anyone else stay as far away as possible. Terrible customer service.

Omaha Our Terminix representative entered our home in November to complete his routine contracted procedures. Video evidence showed him not applying product to the main floor. In addition, he opened both the refrigerator and freezer to review food options. He then proceeded to review family bulletin board materials including photos and sport schedules. The entire process left us with a very disappointed impression of the Terminix process. We have been customers for many years. We believe Terminix violated ethical standards. Since this occurred in November, the company has yet to honor a credit they committed to for the application that we proved was not applied. We have paid for a service that was not complete. We have been strung along for over 13 weeks not receiving a credit that was committed to from the Omaha franchise. We have cancelled service. We feel these customer service situations should be best handled in person, versus through social media. We have given the company 13 weeks to do so. The failure of Terminix to act in accordance with their commitment has encouraged us to share the story with others. We encourage you to be diligent and observe Your Terminix representative that services your home. We can not apply the photos from the video sequence on a google review, but will consider posting this on their Facebook review page for you to view.

I am waiting for my first treatment in my home. I was told 1-5pm today they would come out. No one called in advance to come out today. It is now 6:05pm and I've been holding on the phone for over a half a hour without a live human being to speak to. WOW, Terminix, nice way to earn my business!

Chris Martin is a top notch salesperson. He was prompt in returning calls and answering our questions. He did a thorough job of explaining the insulation process. Johnny and his team did an excellent job with removing the old insulation, making repairs, blowing in new insulation and clean up. Terminix is well worth the money to insulate a home. I highly recommend them.

Jim provided a general preventative service of the house, inside and out. Everything went smoothly and I believe the service works. I had Jim servicing my prior residence for several years and was very pleased.

They were supposed to come take a look at a bee problem today 7-18-22 between 1-4. I took the day off of work and they never showed or called.

Im satisfied with Terminix in general. However they did raise their rates recently. Not happy about the amount of increase.
