JTM Plumbing and Drain

I have used JTM 2 times now. Once for business location and for my home. Both times the JTM team was responsive and fixed the problems. Paul did a great job repairing both issues and he did an amazing job. I’m very impressed the quality work they do and will continue to use them in the future.

JTM Plumbing is THE BEST!! Alec was professional, courteous and completed the work quickly!! We had a clogged drain in the basement and he unclogged it and made sure everything was flowing as it should!! JTM also installed a hot water heater for us quickly when needed!! Hot water is working better than ever!! Thank you for your hard-work and dedication to getting the job DONE...RIGHT!!! Highly recommend!!

I recently had a water softener installed by JTM. Chris started the job and was called to another site. Justin then came over and did a great job getting the install completed within a couple of hours. Chris also gave me a couple of options on price and explained the process thoroughly. I first contacted Jeff when I was looking for a plumber and he was courteous and professional. Great job to Chris and Justin. Great experience great work and reasonably priced. I would recommend JTM if you want quality work and service.

I am very disappointed with this company. We hired them to install a new kitchen faucet due to a hose leak in our old faucet. I paid the initial dispatch fee and called them several times to try to get them to come back and replace the faucet. After over two months, the technician arrived with a new hose but no faucet, so he couldn't fix it. Also, the technician was 3 and a half hours late the first visit, didn't show the second scheduled time, and arrived within the window the 3rd time, but never called to let me know he was coming. The communication within the company seemed very poor, and I was told many times that someone would find out information and call me back. They called one time and didn't have the information I had requested. I absolutely would not recommend calling JTM Plumbing.

The technician came out, looked at the toilet, and almost immediately went into a short, somewhat canned sales-pitch about the quality of the toilet, an American Standard that is less than 1 year old. He then told me I would not like his proposal, so he asked asked me to guess, I said I had no idea how much a new toilet installation would cost. He handed me a folded piece of paper, the number at the top was $850 for a premium toilet. There were other options, but a small leak in the toilet immediately escalated to what could become quite a purchase. I told him that was out of the cards for me and he said he understood, but would still need to charge me the dispatch fee. That was fine, even though most companies I have worked with don't do that, so it was kind of surprising. Literally the same day, I had an electrician, owns his own company, come look at something and he told me how to fix it myself and left. Anyway, as I am writing the check, the guy was nice enough to let me know it could be loose bolts in the back, but he couldn't fix that, for risk of cracking the tank. I had another plumber come look. For $6 in replacement parts and 10 minutes in labor he was about to fix it for less than the dispatch charge I paid here. It just feels like bad value. It feels like they would make more money just sending techs out with terrible news, only to collect the dispatch fee.

I had an outstanding experience with JTM! They arrived quickly when I was having a leak and got the job done right. Super friendly staff!!! I would recommend them to everyone for sure.

I've had JTM do my plumbing work for over a decade. They have always been reliable and transparent about their time and charges. I recommend them to averyone I know.

Great value and experience. Prompt response (other 24 plumbing service companies "wanted" us to wait 4 to 5 days to evaluate, with no hot water), high quality product, up-front laddered pricing options, great service. Total cost was less than an estimate from of the large home improvement store. If in need of Water Heater service and want to be treated fairly and professionally, I recommend JTM plumbing.

I called in with a broken water heater at 6am, they were out by 10am to assess and had it replaced by 2pm! They also called each time in order to let me know they were on their way which was appreciated! I called 5 other plumbing companies in town and this is the only one I found to do the work so quickly. Upfront pricing and professional service technicians and friendly office folks too. Highly recommend!
