JTM Plumbing and Drain

If I could give 0 stars I would . Called them to replace a shut off valve at my elderly parents house. Paul would not do what we asked, but tried to talk my mom into a WHOLE HOME PLUMBING RENOVATION FOR ALMOST 9K . He wanted her to sign something on the spot.. This place is an absolute joke, very unprofessional, and dishonest. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Find a reputable plumber! $79 fee for someone who refuses to fix what they were called out for=easy money for the company.He had her sign something in three places and when she asked him what she was signing,he said it was nothing. She wasn't offered a copy of what she signed.. pretty shady. You should be ashamed.

This is a 4 star review based on their customer service and not plumbing work since we ended up going with a different company based on our needs. There was miscommunication regarding a fee associated with a quote we received however the manner in which Jeff handled the issue was very commendable. He was respectful and resolved the issue without delay for us. It is for that alone that we will still consider JTM in the future because their staff like Jeff and the plumber which gave us our quote were all respectful and genuine. If their work is as good as their customer service, I would highly recommend giving them a try.

This place was fantastic. I had a water heater go out with a 3 day old newborn at home. We couldn’t wash soiled burp clothes or easily do any of the mountains of dishes that comes with a newborn and two older boys. The entire team was super understanding and made sure an excellent and professional tech was out to my home on time and ready to work. I’m grateful they were able to get us set up and replace our water heater. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We are doing a complete remodel of our bathrooms. When they first showed up to replace some valves (main water valve and replace others in the bathrooms) they hadn't contacted the city to mark the yard for the turn off. Then, even with a team of employees here they didn't get everything finished after having the water turned off all morning. They had to come back another time, even they had been here a day before I had to tell the same guy what we hired them to do again. They had a missed appointment after that to do some more work we needed done, it took them a few days to finally get back which set us behind. I picked out what we needed a Briggs in April. We never got a quote from JTM on pricing, however we know they ordered everything. Now (August) we contacted Briggs, everything is in. We have made 3 calls to JTM to determine next steps and nobody has called us back yet. I don't recommend them. Update: After leaving this review the company returned our calls. When they came to install our new fixtures and one toilet they were courteous and quick in their installation of our fixtures in the two bathrooms we are updating.

I called JTM for a second opinion. My only regret is that I didn't call them first. A mistake I won't make again. First plumber claimed i had broken pipes under the tiles and concrete, which would have been 2600 for the repair not including fixing the tile. JTM Plumbing, being an honest company, came in and cleared the drain of the clog, and charged a fair price under 200. I am thankful for you guys and will definitely call you with my plumbing needs from now on. Jim perry

I love the professionalism and understanding of JTM plumbing. They understood how important having hot water was for my family and they came out the same day to replace my hot water heater. That is exactly what I look for in service. Would definitely use them in the future. Thanks guys for what you do!!

The first time we used JTM was to replace a sprinkler valve. After they finished it started leaking within 10 minutes of them leaving. The “plumber” came back three times over the next two hours trying to stop the leak. Finally, another “plumber” showed up and got the leak to stop. Maybe if they owned more than just a pair of channel locks, they could have done a good install the first time. Best recommendation for union plumber yet!

Right out of the gate we were very impressed with their response time. Although I had to leave a message on their voicemail, it did not take long for Vanessa to call me back and schedule a date for someone to come out and give us a bid on our project. They sent out two very young men that appeared to be a little too inexperienced for this caliber of a job. At one point I witnessed one of them on YouTube trying to figure out how to install my faucet. Once they did finish he informed me that they did not have a particular tool needed to install our drain and would return tomorrow. Day 2: He installed the drain and caulked around each new faucet and shower. The caulking looked terrible! I immediately called the owner and sent him photos. He said he would be out tomorrow to re-caulk. Day 3: Another gentleman arrived, pulled out all caulking and re-did it. It looks much better! I would recommend using this company. However, be very clear on your expectations.

JTM Plumbing was a fantastic service to work with. When I called my problem was quickly escalated and a plumber was out to my house in a very reasonable time. I received a call before the plumber arrived from the office and the plumber was quick and efficient. The plumber also took the time to explain what needed to be done, the cost options, and I personally felt that they really took the time to make sure the problem was correctly solved. I am very satisfied with the level of service that I received and would easily recommend them to anyone I know who needs plumbing services or any other service they provide.

Rated 5 stars only because 6 isn't an option. I don't write that lightly. My rating and admiration were earned by JTM because: - They respond quickly and pay attention to my concerns - They offer options with recommendations - They work diligently without "delays" or "unforeseen complications" after pricing discussions - They stand behind their work completely I've owned my home for many years. I have contracted with a number of plumbing outfits in the Omaha area. Only JTM has consistently demonstrated the 4 bullets above. My most recent experience is emblematic: Four days before Christmas my pipes clogged and began draining very slowly. JTM not only worked me into their schedule in less than 24 hours but honored a previous guarantee (which had actually recently expired) and refused payment, stating this was part of the original agreement.
