On behalf of my mom, Nichole; "Responsive, communicative, timely and knowledgeable, I had a positive experience with JTM plumbing today. as a first time customer. Specifically, team members Hannah, Zach and Justin. I emailed the office about a drain and faucet issue, and received a call within an hour to set up a time. Zach and Justin arrived within two hours and fixed my drain problem immediately. Justin ran to town for parts to fix the leaky faucet, while Zach tended to the drain, cleaned it and conversed professionally about the issue. Zach was very engaged in what he was doing! The issue we just dealt with for over a month was resolved within an hour! I strongly suggest reaching out to JTM Plumbing for your plumbing repairs."

Zach Peters was great at our home. Jtm responded quickly and helped us out in a timely manor. Their craftsmanship was second to none and they will for sure be my first call next time!

We had a very difficult time trying to figure out what was wrong with our tankless water heater. JTM Plumbing was responsive and helpful making sure they helped in every way so we could get hot water. The owner was very understanding and helpful. Would use them again!

I purchased a house that had been a rental in the past and the drain needs to be cleaned annually due to many years of abuse. JTM was responsive and was able to come out within 24 hours of my call to their office. The plumber was quick, had great communication.

We appreciated the work they did at our house. They were personable and easy to work with. We especially appreciated them going out of their way to come back twice when the first faucet we bought didn’t work with the sink, and the second faucet we bought was missing parts. Neither was their fault, but they made sure we were taken care of.

Zach ran a gas line for to a cooktop for us, he was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He kept us updated on the process and made sure to clean up after he was done. We had a small gas leak after the installation that was unrelated and they responded quickly and were able to fix it immediately. We would highly recommend this company for their professionalism, response and value.

JTM responded very quickly and professionally. They had availability when every one else was busy. Paul worked on an urgent leak at a rental home for me and had stellar communication, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and diligently. All around JTM did an amazing job and they will be who I call in the future for any plumbing needs! 10/10
