Paul installed a new water softener for us after determining that the old one basically just died. He provided several options of equipment and service so that we could choose the right one for us. He was there on time and completed the job with little to no disruption. I recommend JTL!

I have been calling JTM for plumbing work for a number of years now. I am always impressed with the technicians skills and knowledge. We had a water heater installed several years ago that came from a known bad batch from manufacturer. It had problems 2 or 3 times with burner assembly and pilot light / controls. JTM went ahead and replaced whole water heater for just a little bit of labor. I will continue to call on JTM for my plumbing repairs. Happy with their service

Just moved to Omaha from Lincoln and had no idea who to call for plumbing and was recommended JTM. Paul and his crew were spectacular! From the initial review and including multiple options to get the work done in a budget I was comfortable with, to the prompt scheduling of what can only be described as fast, quality work...it was all excellent. Not only that, but Paul went out of his way to help me find a good HVAC guy as well. We have a few minor projects like new toilets and bathroom faucets that we're planning on getting done later on and JTM is going to be the call I make.

I reached out to JTM for service. I called the office and informed them of the services I was looking for. They said they could provide that service. We then went about the process of setting a day and time for the service. JTM picked June 14th; this did require me to take time off work to be at my house. I was told that a technician would arrive between 8 am and 12 pm, and the technician would call 20 minutes before arriving; this was all agreeable. The appointment was made, and I was now on the schedule. Tuesday 14th arrived, and at 11:25 am, I received a call from JTM Plumbing; I was told that they would not be able to make it during the agreed time slot. Up until this point, there has been no communication from JTM. I was a little frustrated by this; I was then told that a technician would arrive at my house between 12 pm and 4 pm. Again, another mutually agreed upon time. At 3:49 pm, I received a call from the JTM office; they were calling to notify me that they were not going to make it today. When I asked what happened, I was told they had an emergency. OK, I can accept that when I ask why I was notified so late. There was no answer. That's what is frustrating. This demonstrates a total lack of respect for me or my time. A simple fix would have been a phone call, "Hey, we had an emergency. Can we reschedule?" My answer would have been yes, let's reschedule. However, that is not what happened here. They notified me with 11 minutes left in the agreed-upon time slot. Why is it so hard to communicate these days? People are understanding. However, understanding is gone when exposed to apathy. Honestly, that sums up this experience most accurately, APATHY!!! They just didn't care, and why would they? It wasn't their house, their life, or the service they needed.

Had an emergency situation. Talked to Jeff and he said he would get right back to me. No call back! Not Acceptable for a company that brags about the reliable business they have.

Horrible communication. Never showed up on the day they said they would. No call...nothing. It took US calling to see where they were, and we were advised they would not be out until another day????? This is not good customer service.

They were able to replace our old leaky faucet is under an hour and for a reasonable price. Great service and we would definitely recommend.

The pilot light ignition wouldn't work on my water heater, and JTM Plumbing was able to come and fix it within 24 hours of calling. They are always pleasant when I call for help, and respond quickly!

Paul was very professional and gave me good advice on what my best route would be to replace my main water valve. He was on time and was at my house 1 hour after I called JTM. Best in town!
