It was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. When you walk into the casino it was a construction zone. They were adding a skylight supposedly. I think it is very important to let people staying at the hotel know that there is construction prior to the stay. The front desk associates were rude, not willing to help, was really just going through the motions. We get into the non smoking room and it smelled like someone had smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in the room. I call the front desk and the same girl answered the phone that checked me in she says well sometimes people do things they are supposed to do in their rooms. She offered to have them bring a filter to help with the smell. I’m like okay. I guess sounds like I don’t really have much else of an option. The next day I check out, asked if there were any carts for my luggage and she says no we ran out. Okay so I asked so do I just wait here for it? She says I guess. What she should have said was there isn’t one available but if one comes back I can call you to come down and get it. No she just says there’s no more. The other associate working with her was even more rude. Hire better people to work at your hotel, because I for sure will not stay here ever again.

My favorite out of all of the others locally I won big money here a couple times over the years had pretty good pay outs

Wide range of slot machines, not alot of table games. The drinks (sodas) are free, but if you're not a card holder you will be paying for alcohol.

Incredibly small gaming area. Dark. Floor service is better here than the horseshoe.

Our bed was very uncomfortable, and we had NO hot water!! When I called to ask about the hot water situation, I was told to let it run for 40 MINIUTES!!! The second morning we did leave it run for that long only to get luke warm water and to have it turn cold when taking a shower.

I haven't been in here for some time there is lots of construction going on inside and it doesn't interfere to much with the casino part just the hotel part I think the rooms are fine nothing to extra special..

Room smells horrific, tv has basically no channels and the remote didn’t work well at all, tub is stupid small, no conditioner. If you like harrah’s stay at the one in Kansas City it has amazing rooms, huge bath tubs, the rooms don’t smell, the casino is huge, and they have shampoo, soap, and conditioner available. This was just not impressive and the front desk lady was not pleasant at all.

My wife and I arrived at different times and have vastly different reviews. She arrived in the afternoon and I traveled in later, near the middle of the night. I had worked and travelled all day and looked forward to some food (first half of review) and a hot shower(second half of review). We hit a cafe just past the front desk and the woman working the counter promptly advised us that all orders would be carryout because the we're closing soon, which was fine other than her rude attitude. I wanted it to go anyway so I could get to my room eat and then shower. Besides, nearly every table was full or dirty and I wasn't about so wait to eat! I was looking at the menu for all of 15 seconds and she then decided to tell me that I should "probably just go to the Pizza place" across the hall that was open until 2. I politely declined, ordered and took it to my room. After eating I turned on the shower and hopped in. Water was ICE! I stepped back out, brushed my teeth and then checked it again. Still all cold. I had to shower. I took the coldest shower I've ever had iny life. So cold my teeth were still chattering when I climbed under the covers. I have never been in a hotel with no hot water. Sometimes, at peak hours, I encountered less hot than desired or low water pressure, but never ice cold water. And it was almost 1AM. The following morning before we left I decided to give it another shot and even then the water was warm at best. Obviously very disappointed with my all around experience and, naturally, upset about how much I paid to be miserable. I never called and complained but it was a weekend and likely no different water situation in other rooms. I also wasn't packing all my stuff back up and switching rooms in the middle of the night.

Very small and few slots that were "cheap" most started at 0.80 and up! Wow not fun just took my quickly spent over 100.00 in less than an hour the one we have in KANSAS CITY is way better and bigger and at least I would've been there about 2-3 hrs playing 150-175.00$ good luck ppl that play there!. Wasting your money just cashapp it to me 🤣
