Save your money and play at the real casino "HORSESHOE". The sister property of HARRAH'S. Craps table staff, either lose your bet or cheat you on the pay out and give you attitude while not attending to your request, bets, or table information. They act as though they are above you, thinking they know the game while losing line bets.

THis place is old and dirty, casino is old, seats are old, and the rate was super expensive for a monday stay, would not recommend this place

No housekeeping service unless requested means no replenished clean, dry towels even after attending the outdoor concert at THEIR venue in mid July heat. Of course no one told us this at check in, and it was not posted anywhere in the room. Sadly, a room for 4 adults only had towels for 2 adults to start with!The manager I spoke with at check out simply said she'd talk to her staff about telling guests. AND the river view room I requested when I booked was NOT communicated so none were available. I was given credit (for only 1 of my 2 nights) to use in the cafe inside the hotel for $25 "cuz that's the difference in the room prices". Not a very happy birthday celebration for myself and my friend. Thanks, Harrah's.

The view to the room is excellent we have a praying mantis that's been here with us for a couple days on the outside we're looking at the river and Omaha Nebraska that's great concert tonight is Brett Young we'll have a window view LOL

Another amazing event last night. Many more to come. One of the top venues in our country. Switchfoot and Collective Soul took us past curfew in the rain. No one complained. Great time! Great place!!

Won a little money, gave it back. The room was nice, but there was no hot water in the morning.

Good place to go for an outdoor concert! Although when you buy bottled water, they take your caps! They claim the plastic bottle caps will be a hazard for throwing them on stage? Really? So bring your own cap to keep your bottle covered when your not sipping on it! Ha ha

Overall I had a really nice stay, lots of comps for food and playing. Management walking around and greeting people. Pizza restaurant staff super friendly. Slots paid off okay the first day. Taking a star off my rating because the website advertises an airport shuttle but it's no longer available.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at !!!!! Concrete barriers in the parking lot. Scaffolding in the entrance and lobby making it hard to find the check in desk. Only 1 person to check guests in. This was on a weekend when thousands were coming to the area for the College World Series. We arrived at 4:30 p.m. our room was not ready. Was told to bring luggage in and wait an hour. Fortunately a family member had been able to check in earlier. We were able to wait there. However despite it supposed to be smoke free both his room and ours smelled like an ashtray. There was no maid service for the 3 days we stayed. Beds not made , rooms not cleaned and no clean towels provided. We were not informed of this when checking in or apologized to for the inconvenience. Lastly rates were jacked up to $300/night due to the World Series in nearby Omaha and although we would have moved out of this dump there were no rooms available anywhere in the area.

The diner was pretty good.
