I went here based on recommendations. The staff was friendly and they made me feel comfortable. They have TVs to watch while they work on your teeth. They did a good job and I’m glad I chose to go there. Good location too!

This was my first time visiting this office and my experience was an absolute dream. I typically hate the dentist but the receptionist, tech, and dentist all made for a very comfortable and pleasant time. I will definitely stay with this practice.

I recommend Dr. Mack and his staff to anyone who is in need of dental care. I have been a patient there for nearly a decade, and they take fantastic care of my family's teeth. Professional, accommodating, painless-a great dental office.

I’ve been coming to see Dr. Mack for close to ten years and I don’t have one complaint! All of the nurses and receptionists are amazing and incredibly sweet. And Dr. Mack is always nice to chat with during my exam!

I showed up a little early for my appointment. While waiting for approx 30 minutes the two reception personnel were talking to, I don't know if was a patient or not, but carried on a conversation regarding dogs, water vacations etc. Didn't they have any work to do. They could have easily told the customer they were busy, however, nothing was said. Should not be conducted in front of customers. very unprofessional. count me out not coming back.

Every time I go to Dr. Mack's office the receptionists are always very helpful and willing to work with you on scheduling appointments. Dr. Mack is always professional and gives an honest assessment of your dental work. I would definitely recommend another person to use Dr. Mack as a dentist.

Just went for my first visit today. It was a Friday and they seemed a little understaffed but the lady at the counter was super nice and they still got me in very quick. Cleaning was a breeze and the dentist himself was very nice. I definitely am happy with the choice to go here.

WOW! Just great customer service and care every time myself and my family are seen there. They get us in for the smallest things or concerns! Dr. Mack and his team are great! If you don't have a Dentist, make Family Dentistry your choice!

I brought my newborn son to the appointment and the staff allowed me to breast feed him while they were cleaning my teeth and allowed me to hold him while the dentist did his exam. Very accommodating and non-judgmental staff! Best experience yet at the dentist when I thought it would be my worst having a screaming baby.
