Dr.Mack is a really great dentist. I completely recommend him. Today I had a root canal and other than the normal shot of Novacane it didn't hurt a bit and now that the novocaine has one off I still feel fine. I have been seeing him her more than 20 years and he always does a great job. The staff is very professional.

I absolutely love this dentist! The staff are very nice and they also give you tips and knowledge about oral hygiene. I have really bad anxiety about the dentist and they made me feel calm.

We love Family Dentistry of Bellevue- the front desk staff is always great to work with whether it is for rescheduling an appointment because my schedule changed or making sure our insurance is all set. Dr. Mack is super nice as well. :)

I am fairly shocked that Dr. Mack's office has received anything but good reviews! The staff have always been kind and professional with me and I never had an issue with booking appointments. I like that they schedule far out into the future, that way when I leave the office, I have my next appointment booked. Plus they have a Kuerig coffee machine in the waiting room! The newest addition? Chocolate flavored tooth polish!! Come on, how is that not amazing?!

I have been going to Dr Mack's office for 8 years. I have always been impressed with him and his dental assistants and staff. I would highly recommend Dr Mack's office to anyone. Dr Mack is friendly and impressive plus I trust him very much...even though he recommended another crown. But they showed me a picture (on the computer) which made for a convincing case.

Great experience. Liz and Jennifer at the Reception desk are very nice and professional. Dr. Mack is the best. And have Lois clean your teeth. She'll make your teeth look brand new.

Absolutely wonderful staff and dentist! I came in with needing a couple things done asap that my other dentist couldn't get done and they were very understanding and got me in right away for both my issues! I can't tell yo u how much I appreciated this office and staff.
