Family Dentistry of Bellevue

My husband and I have been seeing Dr.Mack and his staff for 19 years this year! That should speak VOLUMES to the care, professionalism, friendly folks they are. I highly recommend them for your self, your family and your friends!

The front desk staff greets you immediately upon entering the facility with a sincere Hello and smiles. Great 1st impression. Steph, my Hygienist, is very personable and friendly. You can tell that she enjoys her job. Her cleaning process is very gentle. Dr. Pat is also very personable and positive person. He’s thorough with his exam, ask’s the pertinent questions, all with a friendly smile. Overall great experience.

I went in for an exam and cleaning done by Kim. She is thorough and personable. I have been going here since October 2020. I had major work done in a crunch time before having a hip replacement. Front desk staff is friendly upon arrival. They are informative . Dentists are kind and thoughtful. 🌷I will continue to go here.

Dr. Mack is great and the overwhelming majority of the staff is great. However, of you have even the slightest hesitation or anxiety about dentists Dr watcher is the worst dentist to see. He says "gosh dang it" a few times a minute and doesn't understand how to deal with a patient who doesn't like the dentist. I've requested to never see him again it was so bad. So round up: Dr. Mack great. Dr Watcher terrible. Edit to add: After leaving this review, I received a call from the practice. They wanted to follow up on the less than stellar review which should have been a good thing. They verified with me what I was talking about since the appointment with Watcher was 3 months before the writing of the review however it's been bugging me since then the way he treated me that day. They did verify my files say I only see Mack. All that is good. However it took a turn, I understand poor reviews impact businesses. I don't take them lightly hence the three month delay. However, I stand by my statements above based on my experiences with this practice. I understand staffing issues are not something to be handled based off of Google reviews. But I also think people who are anxious about the dentist have the right to know when a dentist will not be a good fit and a practice with two dentists where one is not a good fit is important to know. When I was asked to update my review to only reflect the positive interaction (which is the majority of my interactions with the practice) I was not having it. I stand by my review as an honest reflection of my experiences with the practice and will not be changing it at the request of anyone.

Always love the staff - let's face it, no one really enjoys dental care but if you have to, it's nice to receive great care from great people. Thank you!!!

Called over 10 local dentists offices in an attempt to get a same day wisdom tooth extraction, was told id have to wait 2 weeks by every other place. Called here and they did everything they could to help me out. Overall a good experience, friendly staff and quick procedure. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Everyone I have interacted with at Family Dentistry of Bellevue has been extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist.

1st time to visit, hopefully we found a home for the next 10 or more years. Very nice people, even Doctor Pat! Dr Pat reminds me of my son-in-law, with his "gosh dang its". LOL, had me rolling and these days that is hard to do. Their opening times are great. And this is for the Bellevue office. :)

So happy I found them! Everyone from the dentists and the entire staff are amazing! Dr Mack is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Everyone is friendly and our whole family started going there and love them also!

I saw Dr. Wachter, and his staff. Amazing! I have awful anxiety, but felt they were extremely throughout, calming, compassionate about needs. I was given extremely easy to follow instructions for following up with an oral surgeon, and booking my follow up super easy! And I like that it's a family friendly office, I can have my kids seen there too! Lastly, it was VERY quick to get in and be seen!!! 10/10 recommend if you need an emergency care appointment!!
