They are very friendly and nice people. However, when I went to schedule an appointment to get an extraction and an implant, I instead ended up paying $95 for an exam that I had already had with an emergency dentist. This dentist told me the same thing I told the receptionist scheduling my appointment- that I needed an implant or a bridge. But this dentist refuses to work on front teeth. I'm upset I had to pay more money and time to be told the same thing, when I could have saved that money to be put toward the actual procedure when I made fhe appointment in the first place. Long story sort: the website says they do implants and bridges, but he does not in fact do these procedures.

I went in today to get a crown and as always the staff is friendly. I actually love going to this office and am always pleased with the work that they do.

I highly recommend Family Dentistry of Bellevue. The staff is absolutely amazing, each and everyone one of them were so kind and friendly. I also wanted to highlight on staff member Liz, up front, who selflessly offered up her OWN time slot and forwarded it on to me. It is very seldom nowadays to see those acts of kindness, because she did not need to. It goes to show they are willing to go above and beyond for those they serve. Kudos Family Dentistry of Bellevue, you should be very proud of your staff.

This is by far the best dental group I have been to in a long time. The staff is wonderful and caring. From the front office to the Dentists are a class act. Very kind and explain step by step. I just went in for my first appointment at FD of B and had a really great experience. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and I felt comfortable the whole time. The receptionist was warm, friendly, and I enjoyed talking with her. As soon as I got my paperwork done, they were ready for me to get everything checked out. My DH was extremely gentle, and fun to talk to. Dr. Mack was very professional, and answered my questions like he cared. I will be returning in the future.

I've been here a few times now and the staff is always so friendly and does a really good job. The office is really nice too, with TVs to watch while they're cleaning your teeth both on the wall and the ceiling. I originally chose this dentist for the convenience of the location (and based on reading generally positive things online) and I'm happy I did since they've been great so far.

My exam and cleaning was done by Kim and she was wonderful! It was painless and Kim was very professional and personable. I have been going there for years and I highly recommend them!

My first time at Family Dentistry and I must say from the initial call to make the appointment to the end of my appointment was a fabulous experience. The office staff, the dental hygienist and Dr. Wachter and his assistant were wonderful! My long time dentist retired, so now I have the opportunity to have Dr.Wachter as my new dentist.

I've been with Dr Mack and his great staff since I retired from the Air Force in 2005. I have not had one bad experience with them over the entire 15 years. Not even the slightest. And they are practicing great COVID precautions. So if your reading this review and you're looking for a great Dentist and staff, look no further. You have reached the right place!
