American Rooter Plumbing

We thought we had a simple clog, but found out we needed to replace our plumbing system. The folks at American Rooter were great to work with! They were honest, friendly, and professional throughout our time working with them. Not only did they provide quality work, but went above and beyond with their customer service as well. We will definitely utilize their services for all of our future plumbing needs and will 100% recommend them to our friends and family as well!

Joe and Frank were very professional and friendly! We had some pretty bad blockages about 90' out and more further and they were able to take care of them no problem. Everything was great pricing and I would definitely call them again if needed. Call them if you are having issues, you won't regret it! *EDIT* Ryan and Bryant came out to fix a small leak I had and did a great job repairing it and gave me some options for some other things I could do in the future if I wanted. American Rooter continues to do a great job and I will continue using them!

We had our entire main sewer line replaced, they made a big & scary decision very easy. Joe came to inspect & quote at the beginning of the morning window time. He didn't rush & let me ask all of the questions I could think of. We made a decision to use their services by the next morning so called to set it up (i'll spare the detailsof talking with Andrew in the office except to say he was very nice & accommodating as well). They were able to start the next day! Joe met the plumbers doing the work at our house for introductions and then they got right to work. The plumbers working were Mike, Garrett & Keith but there were a lot more people here than that- they had a crew! They took care of EVERYTHING; the city coming to mark underground, street blockades, the construction signs, clean up & city inspection. They kept us updated & luckily everything seemed to go smooth. Mike & Garrett even stayed after to talk with me about another plumbing project we have in mind. Now the cool part, from quote to project completion was 5 days...Monday to Friday. This was a very intimidating & scary project that we had put off for a long time but they made it so easy & pain free. You get what you pay for and in this case, I was happy to pay for the peace of mind American Rooter gave.

We had our main soil stack crack a full 20 feet up from the basement to the second floor and were struggling to find anyone willing to come out and even look at the damage. American Rooter Plumbing had someone out within 2 hours of my call to take a look at our problem and had workers here the very next morning at 8am to get started. Everyone was so kind and made sure we knew exactly what the next steps were and why. Joe, David, and Pat were knowledgeable, helpful, and seemed to truly care that we were without plumbing and wanted to get it all fixed. The guys checked that everything they needed to do met code before putting things in, kept everything very clean, and stayed after completing the job to make sure that there were no leaks. We are so thankful we had such a good team working on our plumbing issue. We will definitely use them again should we need to!

I would like to recommend American Rooter for any plumbing needs you may have. Joe Fitzgerald was our technician and he provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, on time, thorough, communicated every Step about the job, honest, explained the procedure and answered my questions with a kind demeanor and professionalism that is hard to find. I was very pleased with his attention to details including covering his shoes and cleaning up after job was done. Joe also gave some valuable information regarding preventative measures to be taken with our drains such as using an enzyme once a month to keep it flowing smoothly. We will definitely be utilizing American Rooter if we have any plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!

The Drain Specialist Pat Darrah, was very friendly, professional,and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need like other companies. He explained everything and how new pipes would prevent future clogged drains.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They were extremely helpful and responsive! Came out same day to help with a valve that was leaking. Located the problem quickly, worked efficiently and the tech was very respectful to our personnel!

Pat Darrah came to our house. He was very clean and tidy , Pat put on his shoe covers before he entered the property. Pat was also very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Great job and I would very much recommend them. Thank You Pat!!!

Bradd and his team did an excellent job in replacing our sewer line. I definitely appreciated how courteous and informative they were in helping me understand the pipe bursting method they used in order to save my lawn and my tree! While I was reaching out to prospective companies, they were the only company to take the time to tell me what and how they were going to replace my sewer in a trenchless manner which I greatly appreciated. It was icing on the cake when I realized that they truly are a family owned business. They met my expectations, did everything they said they were going to do, they did it when they said they were going to do it, and did it in a way that I felt compelled to write a review, which I normally don’t do. My wife and I can rest easy knowing our sewer won’t be backing up anymore. Thanks again American Rooter/Conn family! You really were “Sweet”.
