We have used this company multiple times. They have become our go to plumbers. Each time they have been out, they have gone above and beyond what we needed. Today Mike, Josh, and David were professional and great to work with. It’s safe to say we are happy customers!

The installation was fast and prompt! Our technician was totally cool and nice. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly and in a way that we could understand. Dog friendly! People friendly!

Our technician was Mike Inman, we had some issues with gas plumbing and he was very professional, down to earth, knowledgeable and helpful. That’s the kind of service I look for. It took him no time at all to figure out what was needed to be done and essentially was in and out with all the help and service necessary. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly suggest using them for any services and we will be using them again. 5 ⭐️‘S.

Do not call this company, they send sales techs. they sign you up on a "priority service" but you will not be a priority when you need them. its all up selling and reoccurring charges. you will NOT get straight answers only sales pitch... as bad or worse than burton.

He worked on it until the sewer was open and water was flowing. It took multiple times to get it that way and in the end it is running great. We got them on a special they were running and it ended up being half of what other companies were asking.

Mike and Bryan were super helpful, friendly and professional. I am a single mom and had a horrible experience with a different plumbing company a year ago so it was very nice to have a good experience this time!

Very nice people who were able to provide a newer repair method when my main sewer line broke. They didn’t have to dig up my entire yard to replace the entire line. More competitively priced compared to most other Rooter places too.

We use American Rooter for all our plumbing. They're professional, safe (even sending a photo of the technician before they arrive) and they do the job right the first time. We are members of their SWEET service, which saves us on all our plumbing needs. Terrific service with a personal touch (as it's a family-owned business.)

Joe is the most amazing plumber. He was prompt, friendly and did a wonderful job! Ryan and Joe did an excellent job taking care of my plumbing concerns. They were friendly, made sure all was done according to code, and to my satisfactory. Job well done!
