Ryan does great work and is super friendly. They are honest and give you a few options to choose from with a range of different prices as well as DIY tips. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for - quality and reliability in their work and products.

The guys were great! Super personable and nice. They were extremely knowledgeable, walked me through everything, and answered all my questions. This is the second time we’ve used the company and will continue to call them for all our plumbing needs!

Everyone from the owners to the plumbers that performed the work showed me nothing but professionalism during a trying time. They were quick to work and cleaned up every day after themselves leaving me to do my normal day to day routine with little interruption. 10/10 will call again.

If you are looking for the lowest cost, not here. Rates are high. To be clear the people that did the work were super professional, friendly, good at what they were doing. So they deserve their pay. No complaint there for sure. However, What I thought was going to be a simple under the sink repair turned into a 2 grand emergency fix. I about had a heart attack when I got home and my wife showed me the holes in the wall and the new parts we "had to have due to code". Not cool. And we were left with little water pressure at end of the day. Luckily I was able to google what they installed to understand it enough to make an adjustment and get my water pressure back. Not cool either. I get it that City code ties the industries hands , but its still worthy to point out a complaint that its ridiculous -Portrayed as must have, not a choice. DO it or no water.

Absolutely best plumbing service I have ever used. Had an issue with a faulty valve under my sink. Called and had an appointment same day. Mike (name of repair man) was early to the appointment and extremely knowledgeable. He put everything in terms I could understand and walked me through the process to have my issue resolved. Great experience!

Mike was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole house to assess it’s plumbing needs before repairing the hot and cold water valves for my new washing machine. He carefully explained the function of each fixture we looked at so that we can understand how our system works as a whole. Being a recent first-time homebuyer of a 100 year-old house, this was especially helpful as we know what parts will need to be replaced in the coming years and an estimate of what it could cost with American Rooter Plumbing. I’m looking forward to working with you all as my partner and I make this house our home!

We had American Rooter come out and help us with a rerouting our sewer line. Sara and Andrew were great about keeping information flowing. Joe was able to explain everything in clear manner. He took the time to make each step was explained so I could understand what was going on. If you have something going on I would definitely recommend to take care of you.

Worked with American Rooter to clean out my cast iron pipe via their picote services at the same time I also quoted a full sewer replacement and received the most competitive price from them for both services. They offered to bundle both services with a discount and performed both services in a timely manner. The sewer replacement was the biggest project and they were transparent about their process, materials, and services throughout the whole operation. Ultimately very pleased with their quality and customer service and I now have the peace of mind that I will not have to deal with any more plumbing issues for the duration of my time as the owner of this home!

Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave several different plans to choose from. Didn’t try to up sell and understood my goals. Was prompt, cleaned up any mess, and timely. I would definitely use them again. Prices were very reasonable and not costly. They had a cancellation and got me right in. Very good with communication and letting me know when he would arrive.

Excellent response and efficient work by Josh, Garret and Pat. Pleasant interaction with all. Very pleased and will call next time I need a plumber.
