I cannot rave enough about services completed from start to finish with this company! Andy came out for an estimate, and was intelligent/knowledgeable, efficient and down to earth. After assessment and answering all questions, I called to get the clean up started! Matt and Austin came back and not only were the most respectful young men, but also quick and efficient while cleaning my two levels of sewer clean up. They were never in our way and very informative of everything being done. They were quick, efficient and left no trace of any mess whatsoever. This crew were the most friendly people I’ve ever used for maintenance in my home and would refer them HIGHLY to anyone. They also treated our animals with such high respect and by the end of our cleanup, our dogs were treating Matt like family when he came to pick up the remaining equipment. They made going through this unfortunate event, actually quite pleasurable…and I know they will be the first to call if I need their services again!

The guys were very professional and kind I'll give them that. However, they through away all my cabinet doors and drawers that could have been reused. They were real wood! I'm guessing they probably put them in someone else's house and doubled their money. Very disappointed

Three and a half years ago we had a massive hail storm in Blair with softball-sized hail. With holes in our roof and water coming in most of the night, our new home took in a lot of water. We were panicked and didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Servpro and although they were helping a multitude of customers all over town, they put us on their list and got to us as soon as they could. Chuck explained everything to us and gave us expectations for the week as far as drying and next steps with insurance. It was a Godsend!!! We don't know what we would have done without Servpro coming in to help us in our time of trouble. They were so easy to work with and helped us save our home. [In an effort of full disclosure, I now work for Servpro. I did not work for Servpro at the time of this occurrence and did not even know Servpro existed. It was because of my experience with Servpro as a customer that I was interested in working with Servpro as an employee. I would like to help other people in the same way that Servpro help to me.]i

When an unexpected flood hit our basement this past weekend, these guys gave us prompt and professional service. We'd highly recommend them for your needs. They worked hard and were efficient and left our space better than we could've hoped for. I think they got the job done carefully and quite fast and communicated well with insurance. They know their stuff. Give them a call!

Noah and Jacob (McCoy)were friendly and professional. They were flexible and helpful in a stressful time. Would definitely recommend to anyone in similar situations.

Matt, Jacob, and Jacob all came and got the job done. It didn’t take them long and they took very good care of us. Matt was awesome and so professional. Definitely will use ServPro again, but hopefully don’t have to! Thank you guys so much!

We had a toilet in the main bathroom upstairs that the connection from the wall to the tank failed. Water was spewing everywhere . Flooded the bathroom floor and then came through the ceiling in the dining area….quite a mess. We called Serv Pro. They were here in less than an hour…. Set up dehumidifiers and fans… ended up having to drill holes in the ceiling; remove the bathroom tile . The employees were very professional. They kept us informed as to what the plan was going forward. We would use them again without a doubt.

SERVPRO saved the day. Each member of Andy's team was professional and explained what they were going to do as they pulled out tile and walls due to our water issue. Top notch service. While we don't want to have to use them again anytime soon, if a problem came up...they would be the first to call.
