We had a broken water line to our heat radiators. The broken line was under the cement floor and that was repaired before the Servpro team was called. The Servpro team investigated the damage that the water caused to the house. Floor, walls, etc. They hooked up fans to dry out the standing water and dry out the water soaked walls and floor. It took about 5 days to dry out the damaged places. After everything was dry, they measured the water content and mold which luckily was close to zero. They were extremely courteous and answered every question I asked. I would have them again when needed. I have never had a situation w like this before so it was wonderful to have a team like this to depend on.

Had sewer backup and the most hard-working crew showed up for 6 days and cleaned up and prepared the basement for replacing drywall and carpeting. Justin, Jacob, Ted and Ryan worked diligently for 5 days and I was very impressed with their work ethic and their mindfulness of what was needed to be done. I would recommend Servepro of Northwest Omaha for anyone who not only needs their services, but also by a crew that is hard working and very pleasant.

Chuck and his team were awesome to work with. They were interested in helping me get the best service without using scare tactics and advising me with sympathetic and professional advise. They are hard workers of the best quality! I am thankful they were referred to me and I will recommend them to anyone needing their services! Thank you Chuck! Your team is Awesome! Did a great job and was very fast coming to the house to start the cleanup process after we had a water leak

Working with ServPro has been so easy, I called them on a Monday and they came out that day and started working to clean up the water damage we had from a water line leak. The two guys were wonderful, kept us updated on what they were doing. They were there for 3 days straight and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend using ServPro for any of your needs!

After going through the worst experience of our life, Servpro was really there for us. They took care of everything. Our house was an absolute mess. Fire, water, shrapnel, the works. They had it cleaned out in days and took care of our things until we could move back home. I could tell they really cared. Everyone was so lovely and empathetic to what we were going through, I truly appreciate everything they did for us.

Andy, Noah and the gang were all so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They all deserve a pay raise!! The best possible people to have around in a bad situation. If I ever have any more issues, they will most definitely be my first call. Keep up the good work boys!

I had a waste pipe break in my basement. I called Servpro and within an hour they were at my home. They kept me in the loop what was needed to keep my family healthy. They did all the work and alleviated stress related to clean up. Communication was fantastic and they worked with my schedule to come check progress and pickup equipment. I cannot thank Garrett and Tad with Servpro Northwest enough for all they did when my entire basement was flooded with 3 inches of standing water. From the first hello to the last goodbye, they were both excellent to work with and did a fantastic job. I truly feel they both went above and beyond not only with the work they did cleaning up but also for helping me to deal with an overwhelmingly stressful situation. They are to be commended as is the Servpro Company. I have never had better customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone who has need of this type of Service. While hospitalized I came home to a water leak from the refrigerator that had been going on for several days. Our insurance company sent Servpro to do cleanup. They immediately took charge and had fans and dehumidifiers running to eliminate the water. They tried to save the carpet and flooring but when it was determined to be beyond repair they tore it out. Ceiling tile was cut out to prevent a bigger mess. Servpro was remarkable in helping us. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
