I had an apt. Complex fire. It was devastating! I called several companies and Servpro was the ONLY ones willing to help me. They took my bed and all bedding. Couch and chairs. All of my coats and clothes and my canvas pictures. Also all of my curtains. Katie came out personally several times with her team and explained the process to me. They were very professional and so very kind to me. I am an older woman and 100% disabled. I was distraught about everything. They put me at ease and made me feel like I mattered. I love Servpro and their staff. I am so grateful to them.😍 Thank you for a wonderful job and experience. God Bless you all.

I made the call to my insurance adjuster, he called Servpro and Rod called me with in a few hours. I haven't experienced such compassion and commitment to a project for many years. Road and his team deserve all the kudos. Not only were they great as people but the job they did was with care for our property and our timeframes for work. Will always call them.

We recently used this service after we had a water pipe bust in our basement. They were able to come out and give us suggestions on our next steps. The Gentleman was polite and on time.

I had such a great experience with Servpro Northwest. I was in a panic with knowing what to do first with water damage. They were so helpful. The guys that worked at my house were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. They did a great job with drying out my ceilings, removing water drenched wood and tile and cleaning up after themselves. We were very very happy with the service from SERVPRo. The two gentleman were very polite, explaining everything they were doing. Cleaned up the insulation and ceiling and wallboard they had to remove They we're the best during our time of shock, fear and all our worries about the damage we had. I would recommend them to all our friends and neighbors

My name is Aaron and I live in Council Bluffs with my wife and three kids. While I was deployed our sewer collapsed and the basement received a back up of black and grey water. I called Servpro and they came out and for the estimate and the very next day cleaned the areas of concern. I wasn't there, but my wife was and could not have cleaned the area without them. They moved the laundry machines, shelving and everything that could be moved to make sure no residual contaminants could pollute our spaces. Prompt, professional, and compassionate. Having worked with a different company a few years ago, we were dreading this experience BUT SERVPRO made is SO easy. They were not only prompt and professional, but genuinely NICE! They dried out our floors from an ice maker that went awry and turned our kitchen into a shallow pool. SERVPRO brought in fans, got everything dry, and worked with our insurance company.
