Great service and food! Truly appreciated them honoring our Veterans with a nice meal!

I come into the restaurant on a Sunday evening. Theres one group of 4 people waiting ahead of us. We get greeted by a very harried looking person who is taking curbside delivery orders outside to 4 cars lined up. She says they've only got one server and it will be 20 mintues to get seated. I look into the dining room and there are 6-7 tables. We say we're going to wait. She seats the people ahead of us. As we sit it slowly dawns on us that if we're waiting 20 min to be seated whats the wait for food going to be? It's obvious that they don't have enough staff. This is a serious sign of mismanagement and low wages. I am not going to eat at a place that cuts so many corners. Pay a living wage and hire more people.

They aren't only under staffed they have maybe two people that know what they are doing. The wait staff was asked to clear tables and just stared blankly at the manager and then laughed. Several tabled in the bar were full of garbage and the bartender couldn't clear them because they just kept seating him every chance they got. I waited over an hour for chicken fingers and fries. I watched as the bartender cleaned and several others were just sitting down or standing including the manager and i have video and picture proof. There's been no improvement in the last year. Last time I was here a manager had a child running around the restaurant and kitchen. She was yelling at her employees on front of customers. This is not how you run a business

Do not go to this location. My order was more than 15 minutes late. When it was brought out they set it in the shelf for another 5 minutes instead of handing it to me. Then I could not find anyone just to reach to me. They were not busy they just don’t care about doing their jobs well. Save your time and money or find a different location.

The service just keeps going down. I come to this location often, I have had to wait for silverware and drinks. I've witnessed staff rubbing noses, scratching heads and touching plates. My last visit was by far the worst. We went an entire meal without a refill on water and the manager sat in a booth working on what appeared to be stickers, when her staff was running plates, seating customers and strolling around as if it wasn't busy. If you don't mind wasting your time and being thirsty sure give this place a shot, but I don't recommend it.

Thought we would try this out again after poor service nearly a year ago. I hate to say it, but things were worse. When we arrived, the place was empty, but there was a 25 min wait because they only had one cook. Ordered onion rings and mozzarella sticks which were greasy and did not have much of a taste. Had ice tea to drink (they were out of sweet tea) and the sweetner they gave me had a bad aftertaste. The rest of the food was OK, but was not exciting. Ordered chili wad the waitress recommended against it. Waitress was extremely nice and was always attentive (although hard not to be with so few tables), but she is the only reason i gave any stars. Will not be back again.

All around a good experience and good food. The burgers are amazing, the drinks won me over, and the service was excellent for being short staffed

We got there late, but they were friendly and our server, Chubb, was great! Our food was great too! Thoroughly enjoyed it.
