Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Due to short staffing, they simply can't keep the kitchen going. Items came out over a period of an hour, no refills, simply slow service -- short staffed and takeout orders have priority.

Came here for my free bday burger and was not disappointed! I thought I would have an issue and confirming my bday since the app and my email was not working for proof but, Server/bartender Jeremy took my free order with no problem! I ordered the guacamole bacon burger and it was cooked to perfection! Love this place! I will definitely be back!

Today was not their day. They had a power outage when we walked in. They brought our drinks and wrote down our order,but the systems never came back up so they gave us some coupons to come back another time. The food is always good so they still get 5 stars for being polite today. Both Chance and the manager as well as other staff we engaged in conversation with.

Service was mediocre at best. No Cesar Salad available for the upgraded side? Why? Burger had great toppings, but you can tell this is a processed previously frozen hamburger patty. The actual meat was tasteless. I don't understand the hype with these over priced burgers?! 15 bucks for a 1/4lb burger? Um pass.

I used to enjoy dinning here years ago. The location on Maple I stopped going years ago. I was hoping the 180 & center location was still good but it also has gone down hill. Just walking in I could see it wasn't very clean. Our meal was less than ok. Fries were extremely greasy. The hamburger was salty & didn't taste fresh at all. Both if use didn't feel well after eating our meal. I won't be back.

It was ok... Barely saw our waitress. We ate our meal with empty drinks... The guy working the bar resolved most of our issues. No clearing staff. They wiped the tables down with dry napkins between customers since the clearing staff was not seen. The food was good though. A+ kitchen staff!

What a great experience. The food was above average. And our server was outstanding.

This was my first time visiting Red Robin. Food was excellent however I think server could have been a little more attentive with refills. The burger I had was $15 and I was expecting a little more but it wasn't bad. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great food and atmosphere. Fries kept coming out for our large table without us asking which was a huge plus. Salads were very large and filling, burgers were fantastic. Wish I still had one nearby me, but I love dining here when we're in-town visiting family.

Featuring consistently better-than-average burgers and consistently good service at a slightly higher than expected price. Today I had the hickory Burger which is a 2 Patty Burger on a delicious homemade bun with a hickory BBQ sauce which doesn't have an overpowering ketchup flavor the way most chain restaurant places do.
