Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Place is filthy, server admitted it was his first day, saw him once to take our order, try eating the chicken ensalada without a fork and knife. Kids never got refills for drinks, we also didn’t get chance to have a second adult beverage. Stood by kitchen entrance for 5 minutes before someone asked me what I needed. Had to pay on the kiosk on table that had ketchup all over it. Never going back!!!!!

This location has improved a great deal just in the last several months. Kudos to the new manager and staff!👍

We enjoy eating Red Robin and it is one of our children's favorite places to go. My wife and children have Celiac's disease so any restaurant that has gluten free french fries in a separate fryer is automatically elevated on our list. The burgers are always good and we enjoy the drinks they offer, alcoholic or their lemonade, floats, etc. The service is generally decent. We've had great service and we've had service that drug out longer than it needed to for certain things. The one constant, and subsequent deduction of a star, is that more times than not, our order is made incorrectly. I can deal with certain accidents, but most of the time one of our orders is made with gluten. For someone with Celiac's, that means sick for days, and unknown damage internally every time their food is cross contaminated or has gluten added directly to it. Our last order here, they added croutons to my wife's salad, specifically after our waitress said she flagged our order with an allergy to alert the cooks. We've made it a habit to double-check with the staff before eating and checking our food before leaving if we do take out. Other than that we love the food, but would love a bit more certainty when we eat.

Worst bun ever!! The server was nice enough to replace one of them. We also waited too long way after paying for our meal for my niece's birthday song... Terrible service.

Goodness. The Hawaiian chicken burger with lettuces wrap instead of the bun is out of this world.

They have a wide selection of burgers and other items like chicken sandwiches and cod fish fillets. Burger was cooked as requested. Fries were good but I'm not a big steak fry person. They also have salads and various things that are lighter, and low calorie. Being a diabetic, I was able to find something that suited my needs. I'd recommend this place. Service was good.

This place is an amazing place to dine out and eat with your family or just by yourself. The food is amazing and the workers there are really nice. On the right side of the door they have a rack of balloons they are free to take. The prices are reasonable and not very expensive.

Totally delicious burgers and sweet potato fries. Waiter fun and helpful. Unfortunately front door hostess reception was very slow and grumpy!
