Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food and service was very good. Had the onion ring tower for an appetizer which was excellent and came with ranch and campfire sauce a lot of food. I ordered the double Tex tavern burger which was awesome and came with my choice of side of broccoli and fries which were bottomless. Overall food was really good and service was good! Great American casual burger restaurant with unique tasty burger options!

Waiting our turn to get seated about 20 min wait, a guy and kid walks in and goes straight to the bar and gets menus and drinks and bypasses the wait. When I asked for us to get seated in there, the hostess tells us we couldn’t get in and would have to still wait and that they weren’t supposed to do that. Well kick them out and tell them to wait like everyone else. No wonder we have to wait to get serviced. Ridiculous

We go to the 180th location. I usually get the avocado salad and husband gets the burger with egg. The endless sides are awesome. The sweet potato fries are 🔥 they are seriously the best! …

My friend and I decided to come here for lunch since it had been awhile. Upon entering the restaurant, it was evident that business was pretty slow as the building was nearly empty. However, that didn't stop Grant from providing the best possible service. From his natural comedy, his energetic personality, and his ability to play the role of a host, server and bartender at once, was impressive. All in all, excellent service, quality food, and reasonable prices!

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!! Walked in with my boyfriend (party of TWO) and there were no people waiting in line before us. We stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be seating and saw 5 or 6 different employees walk past us and look at us but no one said anything. A young girl then came up to the stand to seat us and acted as though she was about to seat us and took us to a table and even tapped on it to gesture to sit down. We then sit down, and she looks at me and says “is that where you want to sit? I was looking for an open table for you.” With a very rude tone and I responded “you didn’t say anything and walked over here and tapped the table” and she scoffed and walked away. We left. DO NOT WASTE TIME. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY. This is clearly a recurrence in other reviews I have read. This place does NOT deserve your money or time.

It was FANTASTIC! Our waiter was the best I have ever had! He was funny and knew just how to keep the table entertained. It was the cleanest Red Robin I have ever been to as well. The food was good and quick.

I absolutely love this place! Over the years it has DRAMATICALLY improved. I'd say right now is the best red robin has ever been! The only thing that keeps me from 5* is they have let the outside appearance go and it kept me from going back until a random situation that landed me there. I encourage everyone to give it another go! And I encourage the owner to really spruce up the appearance of the outside areas!

Red Robin has really gone down hill from this experience. The customer service lacked, our meal did not come out correctly, the food just totally lacked. I asked for a side of avocado slices for my burger.. they were already really brown.. the burger was hardly sauced.. lack of condiments. We were never asked if we would like a fry refill. The restaurant really wasn't busy so I thought things would be pretty smooth and good service but I wasn't impressed.

My husband and I went here for Valentine's day. We expected long waits and short staff, we were okay with it because we chose to go out. There was no wait, which we were happy about but there was a wait of about 15 minutes before someone even asked us for our drink order. Again, we were fine because we figured they were short staffed. The waitress finally takes our order and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no tomato with a side of "pickle nickels". When we finally get our food, I bit into my burger and realized there was red onion, pickles, and pickle relish on my burger....the bacon cheeseburger doesn't come with these ingredients. I look up the menu to see what the waitress had put in as my burger and it was the impossible burger. It was so gross. It was the saltiest burger I had ever ate. It literally tasted as if I bit into a salt lick or someone dumped an entire thing of salt on it. When we got our fried pickles, we were very disappointed. There were hardly any pickles and it was mostly just battered crumbs. The few pickles we did have were burnt or so dry, they looked like someone had put them in a dehydrator. Just disappointed with how the food turned out. I didn't ask for my actual burger order because I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes.

Always love going to Red Robin for a great meal with great service. My waiter was extremely nice and very kind. The food was great as it always is. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich, it was so delicious and the pineapple on it tasted amazing. One of my favorite parts of going to Red Robin's is that they have bottomless root beer floats. Great restaurant and I would recommend it.
