Went for Valentines Day, naturally an overpriced menu but expected the servings not to be as light.

Casey and Jackson were awesome waiters. They were very helpful and nice, they checked up on us and made sure we felt comfortable. I hope to have them again as my servers

It was ok. Expensive for what you get. Pretty building, decorated nicely. They also don't offer anything for your birthday if you choose to go there know that they will not do anything for you. Not the best sushi I've had, m e h. We spent over $100 for three low grade sushis two drinks and pot stickers.

Prices over the Top! Poor Service - no utensils, napkins, plates. Food average at best. Lost our order and waited over an hour. Brought us the wrong Bill, then gave us the right Bill after asking. Terrible experience! Never going back. Do not recommend this place.

I order calamari everywhere I go, whenever it’s on the menu, and no one’s calamari even compares to Kona’s! Then you add in their sushi, the environment, and their top notch staff! This is easily my favorite place to go with family and friends!

This is absolutely THEE BEST happy hour and reverse happy hour in Omaha! The food is always amazing, the environment is very chill, the staff is always courteous, and the happy hour pricing and options are right on point. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

A friend and I went here for lunch on Labor Day. The only KUDOS I will give is to the Chef's. Food was actually correct once they brought us the correct food! From the beginning we were sat in the bar area where the tile floor was sticky and the smell was not of food like it should be, but of spilled beverages, mildew and just plain mustiness! If you've ever worked food service then you know this smell. Were sat at pre-set STICKY table. So sticky that the paper menus were sticking to it. If you've ever sat in this area then you know that some of the windows open, which was fine because it was a nice day but the FLY ISSUE was absolutely HORRENDOUS!! When we mentioned it to our waiter, he nonchalantly just ignored it. We had also mentioned it to the hostess and again...nothing! We ordered our food and apps. About 15-20 minutes later food was delivered to our table by the manager but it was NOT OURS! We had not even got our apps yet. The food was then delivered to another table and it was not theirs either! Before the blonde manager left our table I mentioned to her as well that the FLY situation was HORRIBLE!! The whole time I talked she looked at me with a blank stare! Her response was and I quote " They have been BUG BOMBING for the last couple weeks and trying to take care of the problem". Obviously "BUG BOMBING" is not doing the trick because we swatted FLIES the entire time there! This restaurant definitely needs some HELP and a DEEP CLEANING!! Please beware of the FLIES!!

The atmosphere and the service was great. Our server/waitress was great. The crunchy crab appetizer was horrible! And not crunchy. The prices are VERY high. If it's not happy hour and you're not rich.... Skip it :/

My girlfriend and I came here for dinner. She ordered the pad thai which was too spicy for her taste. They offered to make it with a different sauce but was still a bit spicy. Our server suggested a different dish, which she loved! Then she brought us a complimentarily dessert for the inconvenience. We didn't feel inconvenienced at all. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! This was a fantastic experience and we both left smiling.

My family (Wife and I, plus 2 kids) love Kona, we go there 2+ times a month. Last visit we get there at 5:10, order at 5:20. My wife's food arrived at 5:45, mine and the kids arrived at 6:15. My food was so over cooked it was not edible. The kid's hot food was cold and they did not want to eat it. We complained and I sent my food back and did not want it replaced. We literally went to Picklemans on he way home and got take out. So I get things happen, but all the manager did for us was give a VIP Card $10 off our next visit (not to be combined with other offers or used during happy hour) what a joke. So we paid over $50 for food that was not edible and a horrible experience (they did take my dinner off the bill since I sent it back and did not get anything else). We will not return, ever.
