Made an appointment made me wait a whole Hour because they where doing somone else hair plus they did it horrible & braids super tight to where my head hurts do not recommend.

Been coming to koko's for about 6 months love it here it's my go to place in Omaha Ne hands down friendly an down to earth people I would most definitely request this place to Any body in my book 5 stars

Koko is very unprofessional she does not tell you things ahead of time my hair was up for no longer than 3 weeks I lost my sides and braids were falling out into the 2nd week her employees tells you one thing and KOKO will tell you another without the owner and employee speaking to one another everything gets mixed around I tried to call KOKO for more than a week no answer then when she did she was getting smart wouldn't let me tell her what happen and told me I wasn't getting any of my money back and she bets that then has her employee text my phone getting smart with me like your not the owner KOKO is so why can't I talk to her and not a sidekick....never will I ever go back there again I hope that first timers wouldn't either I give this place 5 thumbs down.

First experience and last. I paid $80 for empress braids and my braids was more my hair and less braids no fullness to it. On top of that even with a sleep cap my $80 hairstyle was looking horrible by a week and a half. I wouldn't recommend them sorry

I love koko work just got to Omaha couldn't find anyone that I like to do my sew in my first time I'm in love she really fast and sweet will be my hair person for now on

Koko has been doing my hair since 2012. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else. She's polite and has a great disposition.

I love kokos hair braiding i wrnt to new look before going to her salon and ever since i been going there love the shop love the stylist and love the atmosphere good place better than new look in my opinion i recommend this place to any and everybody looking to get braids done

This is an excellent place. They are responsibly price, the quality is excellent and the ladies here are friendly and professional. I am so glad I found this place. My sew ins always look great!
