Rented a large SUV during the summer for the CWS (For transporting guests). The SUV was nice after I took it through the car wash and soaked it with Febreze as it smelled like wet dog. Good customer service, but not impressed w/the vehicle quality. I I spent an extra $30 to clean it and soak it with air fresheners, which included air fresheners that connected to the air vents.

I just got picked up by these guys and let me tell you, it was insanely busy at their location! Mind it you it is small in the waiting room, the phone was ringing off the hook, you know the most typical chaos, some customers were getting restless, the guys working were multitasking to the fullest while being extremely nice and thoughtful towards all of us waiting. Although it was crazy there was good energy in this space! Ramy is the man! He swiftly took care of the front end while the others were flipping cars and tending to clients! 5 Stars!!!

Gretchen, at the Millard Ave location in Omaha, did a wonderful job of answering questions, answered the phones, and made sure that the car was a good solution for my needs. She was very polite and pleasant to be around. She was very clear explaining the details She helped me with my second car... Ramy Aabaza, helped me with my first car I rented and found a nice car that fit my situation. He was also very pleasant and easy to understand for all the details involved. Give them both a raise ! That location could use more room. It is a very busy location. Linda

Haven't been super impressed when we go. We have had a car where the front bumper was barely on, and would scratch the ground over any little bump. There is no space for cars, it is always stressful parking and going in and out of the parking lot being by a hill where you can't see if traffic is coming, and crossing on a heavy traffic road. We also got in an accident putting our car on the side street (because they had no room) and someone hit our car and took off. They didn't have any cameras, and didn't check to see if we needed anything or ask us if we needed help.

Had I not had such a wonderful experience upon returning my car, this rating would have been much lower. This is because of many reasons. First, I was picked up 20 minutes late, then there was less than an 1/8 of a tank of gas, which put me behind yet another 20 minutes, then while on my trip in Chicago, I had to put air in all tires as they were only inflated to 25 psi. However, when I arrived to return my rental, the staff was fantastic. They were apologetic about the pick up delay, the gas and tire inflation. Offered the perfect compensation for my troubles. It's nice to see and experience fantastic customer service!

Everyone at Enterprise was professional and helpful. They reminded me that they provide rides when you drop off the vehicle (within a certain distance). I was so impressed with the ease of the process and friendliness of staff, even during very cold and snowy weather.

Connor was extremely patient, kind, and efficient even when the waiting room got busy and other customers were curt. The Enterprise team had a car dropped off, washed, deep cleaned, and ready for us before the tow truck for our old vehicle had even arrived! Connor and his team provided the best possible experience we’ve had with a rental company in years, whether for vacation or unexpected emergency use. Can’t recommend these gentlemen highly enough!

Great customer service. Great inventory. Super responsive. Kelly went the extra mile to ensure a clean car with a full tank of gas. I really appreciate her efforts to put me in a car that met my needs for the trip. And I love that Enterprise is so close to my home. Please do not ever leave Millard! The convenience is amazing 🤩. Overall, high value for our family.

Go somewhere else. Went today to pick up a car while mine is being repaired (got rear ended) and HAD TO WAIT ALMOST AN HOUR! It was ridiculous. The excuse was "We don't have cars right now we are working to get more due to high demand". So absurd, if you don't have cars then DON'T ACCEPT MORE BUSINESS THAN YOU CAN HANDLE . Place was swamped with people, as shown in the picture (blocked faces for privacy protection). So yeah, first time ever happens (most places are go in, sign paperwork, go on your way with your rental) but I'll make sure to never come again or recommend them. Got there around 9am to leave a few minutes before 10am. Absolutely ridiculous

Picked up this car this morning from Millard enterprise location at 9:30a.m- 9:45 AM, have not even had the car 12 hours and the dashboard where your gas gauge coolant and heating part just goes completely out, stays out for like 5- 10 minutes comes back on long enough to tell me that I am running out of gas. The gas light comes on, headed to the gas station lights go out again five minutes later they turned back on. Thought they were supposed to rent safe cars and quality equipment especially when they take a $50 deposit and they take it out of my bank account immediately and then when I return the car after renting it they’ll give it back to me after 2 to 3 days after they have gotten there car back. I live 45 minutes from them, my other car was in an accident and is not able to drive. So I expected something that would be safe for me and my children and here I have dash lights going out on us. Huge safety hazard try to call right away and of course they’re closed and they’re closed tomorrow so now I have to deal with this car like this until Monday. Please believe all the other reviews on this place everything that it said is true. I do could have given no star I would have.
