Absolutely ridiculous wait times. Make sure to use a PTO if planning to go on a work day and believe 0% on any timing they give for anything. Best of luck!

Very good service, great staff, very friendly. Pretty efficient at getting you in and out. Location not ideal but easy to find. I would have given them five stars, but two little issues: I didn’t get the car I wanted, nothing new at rental agencies lately and yes I made the reservation days ahead and secondly while the car was clean the interior of the front window was only partially cleaned and I had to stop and buy cleaning materials to finish the job.

Dropped the ball and failed to pick up my rental at the dealer once I was done with it. Cost my another 5-6 days rental before I found out.

Devon is awesome. I was having a horrible time with Geico and Devon turned, what could have been a horrible experience, into a great experience. I will be going through this location again. Hey Enterprise, give Devon a raise!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The location isn't the greatest, but their friendly staff and great attitude more than make up for that. I will definitely rent from them again.

The people at this location are great and work hard to help the customers. This location needs to move, it smells and I am sure it is not healthy for the employees there. The location is too small, I was there for 2 hours waiting for my car, which is not the first time.

Lot is not well laid out nor allows for easy manoeuvring. The selection is also quite small. The staff is friendly and attentive. They are helpful and the entire rental process was very quick.

We did not get the vehicle we originally reserved but the young man who helped us tried to call and let us know. When we got there, he did a wonderful job in getting us what he had on the lot that would help fit our needs.

Booked a car online 4 days in advance for an unexpected trip and my car was in the shop. Got there and had to wait for an hour while they rented out all the cars to other people and then thought I would be happy that they put me in a gas guzzling SUV which was the only vehicle left according to them! Doesn't do you any good to book ahead!

Very much appreciate their flexibility and customer service. I had to return a car in a different city unexpectedly and they were great about it. Will definitely rent from Enterprise in the future!
