Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Don't trust Enterprise. I have seen other reviews with similar experiences. We were contacted 3 hours after dropping off the vehicle and told we damaged the car. This is after their clerk inspected the car, checked the mileage and gas level. I turned this over my to my insurance company but enterprise ignored that and pursued us with letters and emails - pushing they will send this to "collections". So we are stuck paying. This lot doesn't have enough parking and there are cars flying everywhere. I believe the car we dropped off was damaged after I left but have no way to prove it. I will never rent from Enterprise. Do yourself a favor and go to Hertz.

Only reason I chose Enterprise was because I wasn't paying for the rental so I went with what was chosen for me. Never again. I returned the rental on June 3, had a hail storm on June 7, vehicle wasn't returned in their system until June 15. They want to charge me for the damages even though I never had possession of the vehicle and they were told it was returned! But because they didn't pick it up for 2 weeks, I'm responsible? Never again will I choose Enterprise, and I'll never recommend Enterprise to ANYONE. Ever.

Great staff. They do alot in a small space. Convenient location but the parking lot is chaos.

All around ease and great support by John McDonald when returning the vehicle. Made everything easy.

The car smells like a smoker been in it with stained seats and the windshield wipers did not work. Went to swap out vehicles and after an hour ended up in same vehicle because others were "spoken for". I asked how I could reserve a specific vehicle for later in the week and was told just to stop in and see. Five weeks in a rental and told multiple times I would get a call back to swap. Not one call.

This location is so fabulous! A representative was ready to pick me up as soon as I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. They let me choose a vehicle to rent, explained the process quickly and made the return process smooth. I highly recommend their services!

Will never recommend or refer anyone to use this location for any services. Unprofessional management and staff, who would not honor a confirmed reservation. Instead, putting the blame on the customer and claiming to be closed. Even when reservation clearly showed location to be open. 0. Stars

Called them directly and their service was great from the start. Got me the best rate through their partnership with Great Plains Auto Body. Had a rental in excess of 2 months and it was a positive experience. Switched out cars in between to nicer Camry was an added bonus.
