As always I had excellent service at the Omaha NE Millard area Enterprise car rental. Me and my granddaughter got picked up at the home where we were at, and was able to get an upgrade on my reservation free! I have used this office several times over the years and have always been taken care of. I would never consider going to any other car rental company when I am there.

Car was not the car we ordered at all started as a premium rental Chrysler 300 changed us to a dodge caravan while we were standing there evidently didn't know what was on there lot two minutes later changed us over again To a dodge journey. Had to wait after all this car was not ready had to wash it interior was ok but the outside of the car was filthy. All the salesman said was sorry but never tried to fix the problem. Bad experience all together not happy!

By far the best customer service and cars around! The staff always have a smile and are always helpful! I will continue to highly recommend Enterprise to anyone i know about to rent a car! Millard location has been AMAZING with all of my car needs for vacations, they provided perfect cars for my 2 sons first ever vacations and that is truly appreciated cause as we all know vacations are fun but also stressful so having the perfect car made one less thing to worry about! Keep up the awesome work yall!!

Sadly I’ll have to give one star to this review, I had rent cars from this location without incidents, and I can tell that with a very good service, but all that good impression can be put in a trash can with one simple and almost incredible action. Today I was returning a car, car was parked within their parking lot and I was inside the Enterprise office when a shuttle for Werner Enterprises suddenly move backwards and hit the car that I was returning causing some damage to the car’s grill, believe it or not.. the Enterprise personal witness all the action but they told me that since they haven’t finished yet with the car returning process I was responsible so that they have to charge me 1,000.00 dollars (my insurance deductible) and then see if that can be recovered… really ?? just a little of common sense!! Car parked in their own parking lot, customer returning the car.. they saw what happen and they did that to their customer?? Unbelievable. I talked with the Manager and he told me that technically since the return process was not finished, I still was responsible for the car… well technically he might be right. but under the circumstances I think is totally unfair what they did to a customer… a little bit of common sense please! Anyway, I hope that this situation can be solved in a good way and they return to me my 1,000.00 USD that now I just feel as they had been stolen for me.

Woodhouse Hyundai called on a Saturday to get me a rental because my car was taking longer than expected to be repaired. Was told that someone from the rental place would call me and set up a time to bring in the vehicle, but it might be a bit because only one person was working. Did not hear a thing (even though the person at the rental place told the dealership they had called) after he called them again. When called on Monday, was met with a host of excuses as to why he didn't call me on Saturday, not one apology, sorry, etc... Basically it was not my fault, even stated that they had no cars left on the lot when they left on Saturday. He could have called me and told me that on Saturday. Could they have found a car at another location? I understand being busy or running out of stock, but come on. How about a phone call and a apology. I got neither. Poor customer service.

First car that was dropped at the car dealership smelled like chain smoker cigarettes. Gas tank was also under 1/4 full. We called to ask for a change, and were told no other options were available. We made it known that we had a newborn, and a 4 year old. Our kids car seats, clothes, and other items all reeked every time we got out. Didn't seem to cause any concern to them at all. Did not receive a call as expected the next day, so we followed up the day after. We were told they would have a new car that following day (4 days after initial call) at 11am. 10am rolls around, and then we were told come at 2pm. Arrived at 230pm, and no car was ready. Had to wait for them to scramble a new car for us. Upon receiving the new car it smelled like mild cigarette, mixed with weed. At this point we made it aware again and were told "we must have sensitive senses". Instead of causing a scene, just accepted their garbage service and will drag them through the mud so others can see how they treated my wife and kids. Stay away from Enterprise, especially the Millard Ave location.

Wow this place is rockin. I had to drop off my car for service and they picked ked me up and got me in a car. They were extremely busy, but remained professional and polite even though it seemed like chaos. They had a good selection of cars and even though they were busy, they still took the time to ensure I had everything I needed before I left.

First off the vehicles are ridiculously expensive at the moment. I was disappointed that the car was not clean especially because how they advertise their cars for cleanliness and sanitation. My car was definitely neither on the inside or outside. The windshield wipers did not work properly they should to be replaced because it was difficult for me to see when it rained making it dangerous for me to drive. Honestly the only thing that saved me from giving a one star was the staff. The staff was absolutely awesome at pick up and drop off, which were in two different locations. They were very courteous and professional. If I could have rated on staff alone they would have received a five. I have always used Enterprise but this time I was rather disappointed.

Professional staff. Worked with me when I needed to extend my rental without any hassle.

We have had positive experiences with Enterprise (Millard) in the past. This time was horrible. Makes me question if we will rent again from them. Made a reservation in February 2021 for a minivan. Given reassurance a few days before pickup that they will have a minivan for us. At pickup offered an SUV that seats the same number but very limited storage and not convenient access to the third row. When we refused it, they magically found a minivan for us. My husband stopped to get gas on the way home and the change oil light came on. They were closed at this point so spent over an hour trying to figure out what to do with folks at the national number. Luckily we found a place (Buchanans) that had a mechanic on site until 11p (probably one of the few places in Omaha with evening hours) and were able to get the oil changed. The national number agreed that the local office knew that it needed a change and gave it to us anyways. I contacted Bryan (Smith) who we had worked with via email the next day while on our trip and was offered $300 for the oil change and inconvenience. However, once we dropped off the vehicle upon our return it was radio silence about that credit. I emailed a few times, filled out an online form and talked to someone via the national number. I was just about to go into the location today with my email when I finally got the credit. However, Bryan NEVER responded to any of my emails. I know things are crazy with rental business right now, but never felt so dismissed and then ignored by a company we've used before.
