Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had another amazing experience with Enterprise! Natalie and Tate, the Branch Manager, really took care of me. At first, it looked like I couldn't get an upgrade, but a Nissan Altima rolled in at the last second and Tate approved the complimentary upgrade, which made sure my family and I were completely comfortable on our road trip. I 100% recommend Enterprise on 90th for any car rental needs! P.S. When I needed rentals through my car insurance, Enterprise hooked me up with a 2020 Camarro, 2020 Mustang, and 2020 Charger. 😎

Customer service was great. When we returned the car, I told them about the wipers smudging and they were appreciative of me telling them. It happens to everyone and I was not expecting anything in return, however they insisted on doing something, so that was an added bonus. I have rented from them in the past and will continue to, they make the process easy and not stressful.

I have always rented from enterprise. The system let me reserve a pick up to move some things cross country-with a debit card but upon arrival wouldn’t allow the rental without a credit card which we do not have. Were told the non airport location would allow but when we arrived there- because no one answered the phone- a new company policy won’t allow a pickup truck rental with out a card so spent 2 hours chasing something we could never receive- the 106 ish and colonial helped facilitate our trip and we thank them very much. Then upon arriving to our destination we wanted to downsize- and drove all over but there were no cars to rent in omaha Nebraska. Until we stopped at one to extend our current rental- and they had cars. The location at 90& maple was amazing- the 2 gals there took care of all we needed with no stress and no fuss- they were awesome!!

The online reservation service was easy to use. It provided all details on locations available. There was a courtesy call the day before the rental date to go over the pricing and explain the refundable deposit fee. I was early to the location for the rental. They had it clean and ready shortly after my arrival. The car was in great condition (not that I have ever had a complaint on the cleanliness or mechanical operation with any Enterprise rental). The turn in was without hassle as well. The staff was great. There were signs with the COVID - 19 procedures clearly posted. Overall, it was a great experience.

Although I really disliked the Hyundai that I rented... That's absolutely not their fault. Thomas gave absolutely wonderful service. When I first went in to pick up my rental car because my car is in the body shop there were like 4 people in line and I assumed that I would be there for an hour. Thomas is very friendly, quick and professional. They literally had me out of there within about 20 minutes... Help carry my stuff to my car and showed me all the features on the car that I would need to know about. Great work guys, thanks!

Very pushy when it came to sales and upgrades to there rentals. The salesman was nice but also conveniently waited to tell us there was an extra 200 dollar deposit for the rental until after he swiped our card for the deal. As for the rental itself the car was nice except for the horribly stained backseat and very much needed to be replaced windshield wipers which we desperately needed on our trip do to bad weather .

We had a good experience. Fast and friendly service, good and clean car. Didn't like $300 deposit, unnecessary. It was refunded within a few days with no problems.

Always easy to pickup a rental & get going from No. 90th location. My travel plans this week had me heading north into a blizzard; Phillip D helped me upgrade to a truck to get me there safely. Many thank yous, another reason I stick with Enterprise.

I have never had an issue renting with Enterprise before. I’m not sure if it’s bad luck or what but this time has been an experience to say the least. After getting into a car accident our insurance covered a rental. The first van we didn’t even drive off the lot because the ac didn’t blow at all in the back and in 90 plus degree heat you need it to work. The one we got after that; there was bugs and dust because the very back windows had been left open. But the worst part was there had been used bandages in the trunk. I didn’t know about that until a couple days later when we bought groceries. The 3rd van we had a sensor that kept going off. When I told the place about it (the 1st time it went off) I was told that I should just keep monitoring. The sensor went off several times even after I had shut off the function.

Felt hustled to take extra warranty in the cold. Car was nice.
