Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise has had my business consistantly after Budget, and other companies charged for fuel fill up , even thought rental was returned back to the original mark, with reciept. They have been great, help at the desk very nice at every location, and on the phone when issuses have came about. Very understanding and great to work with.

Dropped off our car at this location they said we damaged the grill and put scratches on the vehicle which were already there now this is going to raise our rates with state farm .worst experience ever never will rent from enterprise again .people need to be trained better we never got a checklist to mark the damage . Very disappointed

Had a great experience despite having had been rear-ended while in the rental car. Shoutout to Alexis for handling a bunch of my calls and concerns throughout the process. Greatly superior branch compared to the one on 132nd and Millard. Had to drop off at Millard and couldn’t get a hold of an employee during operation hours; had to drop keys in the drop box. After 15 min hold, I called this branch instead to let them know I dropped it off and they took care of it for me. Thanks!

Always a pleasure working with Enterprise. Went to a different location than normal and was met with kindness and efficiency. The store manager Tate was so nice and helpful.

These guys are my go-to. They do a great job and just haven't had any problems with them. I've used others, but really just prefer this group.

Tate the "branch manager" is rude and cocky. I would never go to this location again. It was unorganized and our vehicle was not ready at the time scheduled. Nothing was done about our experience. There was to be a $100 credit to our account per, Tate, but that was not done. When asking for the person above Tate he refused to call and only said he would "be happy to" give the phone number and name of his superior. Inexperienced and entitled manager and you could tell. I wasn't looking for excuses as to why the vehicle was not ready. "Safety first" was a poor excuse considering the safety did not happen until I was there to pick up at the scheduled time. The location opens at 7:30am and the vehicle was still not ready at 9am. Save yourself the headache of leaving for a trip on time and go somewhere else.

Loved the Customer Service and the professionalism. The car was very reliable and efficient. Thanks for being a great business!

Picked up minivan for my trip to Colorado. On the walkaround for damages I asked the guy is they were going to wash it. He stated that it was washed already (there was no way). When we opened all the doors, dirt & dust were all over the door jams and it was not recent. No biggie, it's just dirt. 7 hours later we arrive in Colorado for the wedding we're part of. When we start unloading gift boxes, bags etc. The bottom of the boxes were ruined, the carpet on the entire van was soaked! We had to scramble and run to 2 retail stores to get new wrappers & some boxes. When I stepped on the carpet you could see the water rise, it was beyond wet. I was upset, but the wife was livid. I had to leave the van running for several hours with the heater on the floor boards (not the service I paid for). When I returned the van I told the guy at the counter about the carpets, his reply was, "I'll let management know and they will call you" (very dismissive). Here is 9th day after returning it and I still haven't received a call on my complaint. I gave them a very low score on the survey they requested but to no avail. I'm still waiting to see if they are going to answer my complaint.

Nothing negative to say about my experience. Tate was awesome and attentive. Initially they didn't have a car available for me and he made sure to call me consistently to update me and then I ended up having my rental for about 5 weeks because my car was stolen. He set me up with a salesman out at enterprise car sales and was just overall super sweet. They're awesome, 10/10.
