Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented a SUV for 10 days for July 4th family vacation. The check in was very quick and we were happy to get Volkswagen Atlas. On our trip, an object fell off from an vehicle ahead of us and cracked the windshield badly in Alabama. We called customer service and were immediately provided with an exchange at Birmingham airport. We exchanged the vehicle at airport which was very convenient. Next morning, we received an email from Tate asking if we were okay. We were surprised and delighted to read an email coming from Enterprise Manager asking if we were fine. It was an exceptional gesture of him taking some time from his busy work just to check how his customer were doing after the incident. We dropped off the keys yesterday on the box and got an email this morning acknowleding that they had received the keys and thanking for our business with them. Now that is what going above and beyond truly meant. Hats off to Tate and entire employees at this locatio

I have never had any issues with a car rental at Enterprise. Staff is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure the car/truck rental is a good fit. I am always greeted with a smile. I will continue to choose Enterprise.

E.T was amazing! We are on a road trip and needed a bigger car to get where we are going. We called customer service and were told to go to this location. When we got there, we were told there was nothing. E.T was able to find us a vehicle in a timely manner and was extremely kind! Thank you so much!

I had to a rental car after someone hit me. At first they were nice and helpful. But when i called to ask if I could take the car to were my vehicle was being fixed I was told no. I had no one to pick me up as all my family was working. I very disappointed that they could not work with me. I think that a car rental place needs to be in Wahoo NE and where a place like Budget would do a great business since enterprise is not willing to go out there to take a car and pick it up. They advisted that they will pick you up and take you back to get your vehicle. This is false adversting.

Reserved a vehicle online 3-4 weeks in advance. Due to mobility issues for a 90 year old passenger, needed a SEDAN. Even went so far as to visit the location a week prior, to specify my needs. He made a notation in my reservation. Arrived and was only given an option of a Wrangler or SUV or minivan. No sedans available. Trip canceled. Thanks for the utter disappointment.

I had a great experience. I always use this location and everyone is always helpful. This time was no different, Mike checked me out and was there when I returned the vehicle with top notch customer service!

Needed a rental for a few weeks while my car was being repaired. Enterprise met me when I dropped my car off and provided an excellent rental car! People at Enterprise were professional and friendly, making the entire process from beginning to end a really great experience! Highly recommend Enterprise!

Micah was a sweetheart! Made the entire process easy. As soon as we walked in, my husband and I were greeted with friendly and smiling faces, asking how we were and conversing with us about random topics, which we loved. We unfortunately had an accident and had our car totaled and USAA sent us to Enterprise for a rental car. I’ve always been a little hesitant on any rental business but, definitely worth it! We will for sure be renting from them whenever we do our trips out of state!

This is so the far the best Enterprise branch in the state of Nebraska. Right after you walk in, you will see the difference. All the smiling faces and cordial greetings from the staffs, warms your heart and obviously tells how much employee enjoy working there. Even if they are on telephone or dealing with other customers, you will always feel your presence 'valued'. The rates are very reasonable in compare to other nearby locations. The vehicles are always clean, sanitized and maintained. I have nothing critical to say in my last 4 rentals from this location. Hats off to Tate for your exceptional leadership. Enterprise needs more leaders like you.
