Enterprise never fails me. I love the vehicles, I love the excellent customer service. Enterprise will always be my go to when I rent a car.

Tate runs a great location. Every time I was in there the place was busy. He and his staff always greeted you letting you know they will be with you as soon as possible. Handling more than 1 customer at a time yet gave excellent customer service!

They don't answer their phone. I tried calling 3 times and each time after going through the prompts, the call terminates. Then when I call the toll free corporate number to get help, twice, I still get no results. Left stranded without a car. I had a reservation, but absolutely zero help from corporate and ignored phone calls to this location. Update 4/28/22-since this incident happened on Sunday 4/24/22, I have NOT been called by Enterprise regarding my reservation. I left all my contact information with the toll-free customer service line and ZERO follow up. I was asked at the end of my review to contact Enterprise with my information. Why? I already did that, TWICE, and they still have no regard for customer service as they will not call me back!

The staff was very professional and friendly. They made an important detail of my trip easy! I definitely recommend and will use their services again!

Driver who picked me up at auto body shop was very professional and nice. Also a good driver!

TERRIBLE! They gave me the vehicle with notifications saying "Maintenance Required". I looked at the sticker in the car and the last time the oil was changed was at 19,000 miles and I received the car at 34,000 miles. I also was involved in a minor accident where a semi-truck hit the back of the car. I called for help and was just told "I don't know how to help, call corporate." I called corporate and they just told me the branch had to help. So I was being tossed around on the phone while I'm sitting on the side of the interstate with cars zooming by me at 80+ MPH. The police officer at the scene needed paperwork from Enterprise and everything in the car was over 6 months expired. I called the branch and they only made excuses about how they have a lot of cars and they can't keep them all updated. I called guest services to bring up the issues I had and they said they would have an area manager reach out within a few days. Well, 4 days later I still haven't heard anything so I call back and a different support agent says he sees no record on my account that a manager was supposed to reach out. He asks me to explain my issues again and only begins to make excuses about how all of these problems aren't Enterprise's fault. My first experience with Enterprise was a complete disastrous mess and I will likely not use them again.

This Enterprise location is top notch. Courteous and friendly staff that will treat you very well if you show them any respect or decency. They hooked me up for my Honeymoon with an upgrade and honestly we're interested in our trip. I will not go to any other rental agency in Omaha.

I have been renting from this location every month for years now. Tate and his excellent team are some of the best in the biz. They are always prompt, courteous and charismatic!
