Came and picked me up when I dropped off my vehicle at repair shop and then was taken back to Enterprise office to do paperwork. I was able to leave rental vehicle at repair shop when my vehicle repairs were done. So seamless service. Nice customer service.

Booked an apt 3 days ahead of time. Had confirmed our appointment for Saturday at 12pm. We are currently sitting in our vehicle waiting for the car to get cleaned and filled with gas. It has now been 34 min and the vehicle is not ready yet. I asked for a different vehicle that was ready, but no clean vehicle's were available. Our flight from Chicago to attend my grandpas funeral is leaving at 2:30 and I really hope enterprise doesn’t make me late during this unforgiving time :(

The manager is very rude. He told me I could rent a 15 passenger van with my debt card over the phone but when I got there he said “he thought I knew it had to be a major credit card “ I’ve rented from enterprise before and used my debt card but he was so disrespectful he kept going on saying “ I wasn’t qualified to drive their cars “ but I goes down to budget and get the same 15 passenger van that I wasn’t qualified to drive and rent it with my debt card. I will never rent a car from them ever again. They almost ruined my 4th of July trip

Picking up my rental at the Ralston, Nebraska location was quick and easy. They had a nice system to minimize contact. In fact, you don't even go into the place. Their waiting area in their lobby is where a representative meets you and takes you outside to look over your rental and complete paperwork. Also, I really how they provide pick up service when you drop off your own vehicle at a repair shop. It's very convenient to not have to arrange for a ride from the shop after leaving your ride for repairs. My mediocre rating is because the vehicle was dirty on the exterior. There were dried bug spots on the windshield, headlamp lenses and the exterior mirror parts that face into the wind. The interior was not extremely clean either. There were crumbs (food, I think) in the cup holders and console storage area. The driver's seat also had a few crumb or lint on it. The glove compartment had a napkin and a couple pieces of paper probably left by the previous renter. In this time of COVID-19, I expected my rental vehicle to be "showroom clean". Every other time I've rented, the vehicles were always very clean. This is my first experience with Enterprise; we use Avis as a rule. Enterprise was recommended by my insurance company to use while my vehicle is in the shop. My insurance company allows me to rent from whoever I want, however, my real reason for using Enterprise was their pick up service.

Great experience, very courteous and friendly staff! When I arrived to pick up my rental car they did not have an intermediate size car available that I selected online when registering, so they gave me a choice of a much nicer and bigger car or pickup for the same rental price! I ended up selecting a 2019 Toyota Tacoma pickup which worked great! I returned the pickup in clean condition with the same amount of gas when I picked it up with no issues or hassles. Thank you very much Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a great experience!

I was renting a car from Enterprise after my new car was totaled after only eight months. Initially I did not think of purchasing a car from Enterprise to replace my car, but after comparing their prices and availability of cars, I was pleasantly surprised. I contacted Dan Jones and he was great to work with. He gave me a number of options and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for! Kudos to Dan and the whole staff, including Angie and Joe, who assisted in the registration process and especially to the guys who detailed the car. Still looks and smells like new after driving for a couple of months! Will recommend them to anyone looking for great car at a great price!

Horrible experience with this location. First vehicle I receive from them to rent already had to be returned the next day as it was not suitable to use and also smelt of cigarettes in the car. The next car they brought to me was full of pet hair in back seats, floor and doors even though they say no pets or smoking allowed in vehicle. Very unprofessional service and not clean. The only good experience I had was the elderly gentleman who picked me up from my bodyshop as he was very nice and seemed like the only one who cared to provide good customer service.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Had insurance file for a rental and it was confirmed they would pick us up on 7/13 and when I called to find out where they were, they had nothing scheduled for me even though they called me, and said the soonest they'd be able to get me into a car was 7/16. Called on that day again and they told me that they had a car for us on the 7/15 but gave it away because we "never showed up" and they couldn't get me into a car till 7/20. I never received a phone call or anything on the 15th saying they had a car earlier for me and how is it that I'm supposed to pick a car up when I don't have a car? It should have been previously listed that I would need a pick up. Absolutely terrible service.

The staff were friendly. However we have rented from here a couple times and every time we wait for over an hour as they seem on organized. The manager was very polite and would engage with us and give us updates. The van we rented was clean however there were a few rappers under the seat and cheese it crackers on the floor. Check in was fairly easy as was the drop off.
