We rented a minivan from the Ralston, NE Enterprise location for two weeks for a trip from Omaha to Salt Lake City. Jonathan Pulliam took the time to show us the controls on the minivan, before handing over the keys. While driving on I-70 in Colorado, all systems on the vehicle flashed alarms and the engine shut down. We were stranded at the side of a 75 mph highway, 2.5 miles from the nearest exit for 1.5 hours, until a Colorado state trooper arrived and drove two of our group to the nearest gas station. The other man and I were able to finally get a taxi to the gas station and after another 1.5 hour wait, we were able to get another taxi to the Grand Junction Enterprise location to get a replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicle also had a mechanical problem after about an hour on the road, so the Grand Junction location provided us with a third vehicle that worked well. Jonathan Pulliam at the Ralston location was very helpful and compensated us for our troubles, lost time and items that had to be left behind in the minivan (groceries, etc.). The vehicle malfunctions were the fault of the manufacturer (Chrysler), not Enterprise, but both the Grand Junction, CO location and the Ralston, NE location took great care of us. Thank You

I needed a last minute rental when we had an unexpected breakdown. Within half hour of my call, enterprise picked me up at my house and I was in a rental to proceed with my day. Thanks to the team on L ST in Ralston for the quick turnaround.

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS WITH THIS LOCATION as i’ve conducted so much business within this property in the past, i am highly surprised that i did not feel welcomed at all at check in. even more surprising-at the end of my reservation, i was left livid. i have been going to this location for years & it is not like it used to be. UNFORTUNATELY this location has a whole boat load of new staff. I’VE SPENT ALMOST $10,000 AT THIS LOCATION ALONE!!!!! for the first time i finally used my points, booked for 1 day. ended up extending 1 more day, i asked Morgon several times would it still be charged under my points she said yes then went on talking about a payment of $50 & odd change so obviously she wasn’t very clear but i knew i had to pay for another day of damage waiver fees so it was fine i didn’t think anything of it until i got my receipt the next day with no deposit returned. first things first, i’ve NEVER booked with my points before so HOW DO YOU ASSUME I KNOW HOW THIS GOES just because i am a loyal customer! almost $10,000 later & i am JUST NOW redeeming points! i have absolutely no knowledge about it. Jonathan on the other hand isn’t very knowledgeable about his own job neither. he doesn’t even know how to do his job as expected and had the audacity to talk to me very disrespectfully on the phone about this whole situation. the gal before him was super nice & i hate i did not get her name, it was not Morgon. he has no regards for customer satisfaction. instead of trying to make me feel horrible as a customer, learn how to do your job correctly. you charged me a $50 deposit & said because i had a damage waiver fee included in my reservation that your company did not charge customers the full deposit when it should have been a $300 deposit regardless as usual but you couldn’t possibly know that because you’re too busy bad mouthing your customers. i asked for his manager but of course no answer, no call back nothing when i reached out & it’s going on 2-3 weeks now. had another reservation last week but i saved myself the stress & just cancelled! wouldn’t dare spend this amount of money with a location that disrespects & neglects me like this! if i am upset about anything, THAT is what i am upset about!

Needed a rental on short notice, and The Enterprise team made it happen! Picked me up at my house to start the process and dropped me off when no longer needed (Thanks Stanley), and remarkably quick service while at the 75th and L location! Thanks to Jonathan and the Enterprise team for the hospitality and ease of doing business!

Amazing experience! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. When I returned the car I showed up a little after closing and didn't realize but they didn't even act like it was after closing! So kind and made sure I was taken care of.

This was a very good experience, smooth, no hassle, no wait. Every employee I encountered was very very helpful. They even put me in contact with the enterprise car sales who were also very helpful. Overall it was a great experience!

I rented a car here through my insurance company. I spoke with Enterprise the day before pick up to set up a pick up time and was told I would be in and out. When I arrived, they did not have any cars ready. I had to wait close to an hour while they prepared a car. Everyone seemed more concerned about what they were ordering for lunch instead of actually working. The Audi they gave me was a pos. The rotors need work. The heat shield under the car was hanging. The inside of the car was dirty. Definitely was not a good experience this go around.

Enterprise became my rental car choice nearly 20 years ago when I was on an extended deployment far from my home and office and required a rental for a considerable time. The care and consideration I received at that time sold me on Enterprise. in the years since I've called upon Enterprise numerous time and have never been disappointed. They conduct transaction as if they were working with a family member. Love the service.
