Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not sure why I needed to wait for 45 minutes in the lobby for a car I rented a week ago. Then was given a different car than told originally, or I could wait an additional 20 minutes. I’ve never waited this long at any other location.

I have had two great experiences with Enterprise Rent-A- Cat in 2020 and highly recommend them as a rental company. They work with the customer for the best experience possible. I rented from them to move 4 pets on a cross-country move and they helped me get the right vehicle at a price I could afford. Then last month my personal car was hit from behind at a stop light by a hit-and-run driver. I had car rental insurance on my auto policy and my company referred me to Enterprise. I was so pleased with them before I was less anxious. This location in Omaha, NE made the entire process easy for me. They discussed what car model and size I was comfortable with and got me a model which operated similarly to mine with similar features. I appreciated that they picked me up when I left my car for repair and then picked up the rental car at the repair shop when I retrieved my vehicle. Both rental made very stressful situations so much easier to handle. I highly recommend their services.

The customer service was top notch. Answered my questions and made accommodations for my concerns. Very friendly and easy experience.

Rented a vehicle as mine is in the shop to get the kids to school for a couple of days. First vehicle sounded like it was going to fall apart so we took it back. Got another vehicle and while my wife was stopped at a stop sign a trailer came flying across the road and slammed into the vehicle. I say again a trailer came across the road and hit her while she was at a stop sign. We did get the insurance which is supposed to be an easy process. So we called and were told we couldn’t get another one until the claim was processed… the guy whose trailer it was rows vehicles for Enterprise! He called enterprise and told them what happened. That was yesterday and still no return call as promised. Not to mention when we got the second vehicle it had a strong strong air freshener. Today is smells like a cigarette shack! This is by far the worse experience I have ever had with a rental company. I spent 23 years in the service and traveled all over and still nothing compares to this place. Update: Grant (Branch Manager) took care of us. Extremely apologetic and we appreciate him taking the time to assist. I kept the rating still low because at the end of the day it shouldn’t have come to that. Again thank you Grant!

Ben helped me out today getting situated with a car and he was nice and we were both cracking jokes 10/10 experience

Sadly, I often find this location to be seriously lacking in customer service. Reservations that mysteriously disappear, despite being confirmed and employees who aren't sympathetic.

You guys have charged me twice on my rental and now my bank acct is in the negative severely as I had the rental for a month. I can't pay my bills or anything until you fix the error which may take up to two weeks! This is the first time this has happened, but it is a major issue for me.

Always courteous and friendly. Cars are clean and never had any mechanical problems. It's important to always call ahead to be sure they have cars available.

The service is great !!!but a don’t know why the cars always are nasty looks like they don’t want spend time cleaning … that’s the reason I give them 4 stars
