Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Make sure you look over the damage estimate before you leave with the vehicle these guys will rip you off,Well after futher review i was cleared of any wrong doing thank you enterprise for believing me and valuing our business.

The people seemed nice to work with but the Rav4 I was given was not up to the standards I've come to expect from Enterprise. The car was only a year old and the seats were stained so badly that we thought sitting on them was a bad idea. The windows were also so dirty inside that I had to clean them to see properly. It's things like this that make a huge difference in how I feel about the rental.

The Enterprise Team in Ralston is the best! They are attentive to my needs and really top notch.

I was having my car repaired and my insurance company referred me to Enterprise. The first car they gave me had issues with the gas mileage, I returned the car and was upgraded to a "brand new" car which was very slick.

Went to one store and was told to go to a different location to get the car I wanted. When I got to that location I was told I should have gone to a 3rd location and was not sure why I was sent there. From a customer perspective, I felt the service and communication could have been better.

The staff was friendly and the process was quick. I really appreciated the representative doing a thorough check of the vehicle before releasing it to me. There were no hidden costs and everything went smooth which took the stress and worry out of my travels. Thank you Enterprise!

I had an appointment to pick up the car at 8am. I ended up waiting 40 minutes until they had a car ready. The backseat of the car had not been cleaned, there was dirt on the seat.

My previous experiences with Enterprise weren't great, but Jonathan was extremely helpful. Polite and handled a bad situation with grace and ease, he made the whole experience painless. The inside of the office and bathrooms were also very clean.

7505 L street location BEST Staff Ever! Rent weekly they always greet with smile and professionalism! Jonathan is the Gm he is exceptional and very personable, his assistant she is absolutely a sweetheart. They handle themselves with wonderful composer when some of the customers are quite difficult at times.

The guys at the Ralston location are the best! When I call to reserve a Chevy van, they will have a chevy van ready for me when I arrive. Those guys are quik to help & super nice. The van is squeeky clean & a comfortable ride on the road. Thank you to all! ☄Linda
