Wonderful customer service. Felt so welcomed and cared for. I had car trouble, and the valet workers kindly went out of their way and helped me. Front desk was always there to help, and the cleaners were also kind.

The beds were a bit harder than we were used to but not the worst. Adam in the breakfast room was very helpful. Sandra on the chat line was wonderful as well.

Incredible stay! From the front desk, food manager to the other employees I was treated like I was the most important person there! Liz, Emma and Sandra kept me informed on information, checkout and travel in Omaha. Adam greeted me the first day, we spoke and he recommended some restaurants and bars. He remembered my name and spoke to me each day including asking me if I needed any help checking out! Remarkable staff, food and lodging!

We loved our stay here! Emma was truly the best at making us feel at home and giving us all the information we needed. She was so fun to talk to and will stay again just for Emma!

What a great place to stay. The rooms were very nice, the hotel had a great atmosphere, and everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly. I'd definitely stay here again!

Very clean. Great bar and social area in the lobby. There are many food and beverage establishments located within walking distance. The service managers were exceptionally kind and responsive.

Should be a 1 star hotel! No hot water at all, terrible food and coffee! Separate parking lot for your car with no security for it while wasting a parking lot I see out my window! Might as well sleep in my car instead and go out for coffee and food instead! And the key cards never work!

Sandra was SO kind the moment we got to the hotel! We had a great staycation here. My children loved the evening reception and breakfast. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Favorite hotel. Happy hour is always nicely done and managed and breakfast is my family's favorite. Staff does a nice job of making you feel welcome and very accommodating.

Great Hotel. Service was good, location is excellent. Within a couple blocks of some of the best restaurants in Downtown Omaha. Not too far from CHI Event Center, a dozen blocks or so from TD Ameritrade Baseball Field. Rooms and Conference Rooms are starting to show a little age but they are in good condition.
