Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market

Best hotel stay we've had in a while! The staff is so friendly! The only complaint we had was the room cleaning staff not coming when they were scheduled. Will definitely be coming back!

Comfortable room. Great location with close proximity and easy access to dozens of downtown restaurants, bars, etc. Popular area though, so the traffic, horns honking, people partying/screaming, etc. detracts a bit if you’re not there for a football game, bar crawl, etc. Unnecessarily complicated floor layout with levels, stairs, ramps, etc. all over the main ground floor. There is (expensive) valet parking, but the self-park parking lot is next door across a four-lane city street with a median. It’s fenced in and requires card access, so it doesn’t really give you any confidence that your car is safe. You can get there easily, but you have to use a poorly lit entrance on the back of the building and even I felt uneasy about it.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I stayed here for one night and they put me up in a nice suite with a king bed. The location of the Embassy Suite cannot be beat! It’s right next to Old Town shops, restaurants and bars. I’ll absolutely be staying here during my next visit in Omaha!

This is a very clean, friendly hotel with nice accomodations. The continental breakfast was great along with the evening happy hour with drinks and snacks. The location is nice with walking distance to everything in the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful week, even packed with soccer kids (lots of them), clean, bright, quiet large rooms. Food and beverage staff was awesome. Parking was a bit pricy, but you can walk to everything in old town. Well done!

Normally I would give a 4-5 star rating. However, the man that checked us in was very unfriendly. We wouldn’t even go to him when we checked out. The ladies at checkin and checkout were being very friendly. The food was amazing at the restaurant. However, they only had one person at the bar to serve customers and to take orders for the food. Our room was clean as was the lobby. Breakfast was amazing as was the breakfast staff.

Great improvement over last year. Breakfast was back to the same great cook-to-order that we all love. The chef made a Mickey mouse blueberry pancake that our granddaughter said was "super good ". Manager's special had above the norm snacks. Pool was clean & well stocked with towels. The staff in general were friendly and attentive. Thank you for a restful stay

We were thrilled with our stay! The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly. Huge shout out to Sandra (front desk) and Adam (food and beverage) for making our trip. They were so kind to us and made our kids feel special, too! We look forward to staying here again during our next trip to Omaha.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The breakfast was so delicious and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Truly friendliness above and beyond expected! Front desk staff were also so helpful-responding quickly to needs and requests! The evening happy hour had wonderful snacks which offered a nice reprieve from our very long workdays! We also needed IT help which was quick and able to help resolve our issues! We will be back!!!

Sandra, who worked the front desk, was awesome! She took care of every need and every question we had. The service and stay was amazing. The breakfast was superb. The room was spacious, clean, and loved the living room area. Very satisfied experience.
