Awesome. Julie is great. She really knows what she is doing and can explain it all. Do PRI with Julie. Did a shoe assessment also. Totally worth it. Found shoes that fit and feel good

I came into Elevate Physical therapy unable to even lift my right leg when sitting down due to a back injury, now I feel amazing and can move and feel muscles I couldn't before, so now I can soon go back to playing the sport I love at a high competitive level, in a more comfortable fluid manor than before.

Julie is great. My PT in Kansas City was having no success with my back so I drove to Lincoln (at her previous location) a couple days a week to see Julie. She got me fixed up. I trust her completely.

I would highly recommend going to Josiah for physical therapy! He has been very thorough and professional in working with my physical needs. His philosophy of serving one patient at a time allows for his full attention to the needs of his patient which is huge bonus!
