Elevate Physical Therapy

Josiah has been awesome to work with! Initially we were just doing "maintenance" to keep me in great condition as I age. Then I had a bike crash and messed up my shoulder and he has been great in determining the root cause of the pain and discomfort and doing the therapy needed to repair the shoulder without any surgeries! I am pleased to say that I am very close to going back to my "maintenance" schedule! Thank you Josiah for your expertise, your willingness to discuss all of the options available to see which one is best for the situation and the client and mostly for your friendship! Blessings!

I have been seeing Josiah at Elevate Physical Therapy now for about a year; I cannot say enough good things about this place! Josiah has given my life back to me! I used to have trouble even just walking without pain. I now can enjoy activities with my son and also sleep through the night without pain. I was considering surgery until I found this place! I would highly recommend Josiah and his assistants to anyone that has daily life pain and looking for relief! Before my first session with Josiah I was just coming off a wrist fracture on both arms. I had very limited range of motion and lots of pain in both of my wrists. I was given a series of exercises to do and I had soft tissue work done multiple times throughout our sessions. Josiah was always very clear and detailed and he explained everything very well, he is also just a very kind person and it was a joy working with him. My range of motion is now almost back to where it was previously, I have regained almost all of my wrist strength, and I am no longer in pain. My sessions with Josiah definitely had a large part in getting me returned to normal activity in as short as a time as I did. I would definitely recommend Elevate to a friend and I had a wonderful experience.

I have suffered with chronic shoulder pain and muscle spasms for 28 years as a result of an occupational injury. I have tried everything — cortisone shots, deep tissue massage, physical therapy, and acupuncture — with no relief. A friend referred me to Josiah to try needling for my muscle spasms. At my first appointment Josiah did a complete evaluation, history, and formulated a specific plan of care. He not only addressed my acute symptoms, but focused on finding the root of the cause. Josiah is a very knowledgeable and caring person. He explains the “how and why” of the exercises and his one on one approach ensures effective results. He is by far the best physical therapist I have encountered and I highly recommend him.

Josiah is amazing! I had been going to other therapists in town for over a year but making little progress. Josiah was recommended to me and I am finally on the road to true recovery. Josiah makes my workouts fun with his great personality and I look forward to our time together.

I was having some knee pain and discomfort. I know at some point I will need to replace them but not yet. Josiah gave me some exercises a couple years ago and as long as I do them, I’ve had no discomfort and even have gone on to regular physical activity like playing pickle ball.

Julie has helped my kids and I! Julie is able to look at your mechanics and see what needs to be fixed and put you on the correct path. Julie is amazing, super responsive, and speaks in a way you can understand it all!

Julie does amazing work. She helped my daughter work through a sports injury and then helped us tackle some other issues. Her shoe fitting consults have been so helpful for my other runners also. We are so glad we found her.

I've seen a few other physical therapists in the past couple of years, and I can say that the attention and program that I've received from Josiah is truly exceptional and doesn't compare. When I first met with Josiah, he did a thorough run through of all the problems I've been experiencing and we jumped into it. Having a PT spend an hour with you is so different and SO much more effective. I find scheduling to be easy (Trish is the sweetest!), the facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and I feel so much hope knowing that I have Josiah to guide me back to feeling like myself. I can't express how grateful I am that I found Josiah and Elevate Physical Therapy. The progress that I've made already speaks volumes! Can't recommend Elevate enough.
