In response to your reply, you should ask for a refund if you truly spent $3m on a remodel. Toilets overflow when flushed. No hot water in our shower. The place is also filthy! You may have new furniture but the place is not taken care of. We wrote our names in the dust on a coffee table in the breakfast area to see how long they were there. We had a group of couples that stayed at this hotel for a reunion. Our room didn't have hot water for a shower. When we checked in the door was left open. When we closed the door the strip at the bottom of the door was missing. We had a handicap accessible room and they couldn't move us to another accessible room so we ended up going to a different hotel. When I used the restroom in the hallway next to the conference rooms the toilet overflowed all over the floor. The food for the breakfast is clear across the room from the drinks etc. Staff said this was because the roof leaked. Overall the building needs totally remodeled to fix what's wrong!

It's very loud and very easy to hear everything going on around you. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a dog barking a few doors down. it went on for an extended period of time. Very bright and not very well insulated, the ac did not work, service was eh at the restaurant. 2 of the servers were nice but overwhelmed, the owner wasn't very concerned with helping them or getting them help. One manager went missing to Walmart and no one heard from him for hours, one lady worked there but was worried about counting her change instead of helping the servers at the bar. Overall poor experience,the other options in the area don't have the bar and grill but overall they are a bit above in quality.

Great hotel experience. Rooms were clean and reasonably priced. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing and everyone was super friendly. And they are pet friendly.

I don't know why people leave such petty reviews for the most minor things. This is an older hotel that has been updated for the most part. The room was clean and updated. The tub and surround wasn't but the shower head was new with good water pressure. Signs at check in state no cleaning for stay overs. Just ask. They'll give you anything you need. The entire staff was friendly, very helpful, and you could tell that the maintenance and housekeeping staff were working their butts off. Front desk was phenomenal as well. The pool and spa, if you had bothered to ask, are being updated and repainted for a better experience. It is under a recent ownership change and from what I could tell, since we were there all week while our semi truck was being repaired, improvements are being made. Breakfast was good and there is 24/7 coffee.

Everyone here was absolutely amazing! My car broke down and I had to fly out in the morning they gave me the information to get a ride to the airport they went above and beyond to help me. The room was very nice I got an upgrade for no charge. If I'm ever in this area again I will definitely stay here.

Had issues soon as we walked in. There were several people waiting to get rooms, booking problems resolved, computers that didn't even register a reservation, complaints about rooms not available even though there website said it was, rooms were not cleaned from last visitor and an untrained staff. We waited 20 minutes just to be greeted. Our room was not the one we booked, we found bugs in our room, garbage in the fridge and had to get a different room on the opposite side of the hotel. We were offered anything for the inconvenience, we spoke directly to the manager and he told us since we booked online there wasn't anything he could do. While we were waiting to be seen to get our room he offered rebates and discounts for the mob of angry people. I guess because we were nice and didn't yell at them it was ok for us to be treated this way. By far worst hotel experience to date. The one redeeming quality to our stay was the pool and hot tub were glorious.

Great stop, offers restaurant and bar, 24 hr convenience store, hot breakfast for hotel guests. Some amenities missing in hotel room would be a quality improvement! Booked my room from my phone app the same morning that we stayed, very good rates, king rm!

I stay here regularly, is it the fanciest, no but it’s always clean, the breakfast is awesome and the staff are the best, friendly & helpful! There’re making improvements all the time. I like the same room, this time I called prior to check in, Fr desk said the room hadn’t been cleaned; I checked in a couple hours later & Fr desk had housekeeping clean the room just because I like to stay in it!! I’ll definitely stay again!

Check in was fine and it looked nice on the inside, but my room was accessed only from the outside next to the bar that’s attached to the building. I was warned that even if the light turns red when I used the key it should be open anyways. There was no remote to the tv and there were mystery black crumbs on one of the beds, assumed to be the molding cracks in the ceiling. There were small little bugs flying around the lights and in the sink and there was hard water stains all over the fixtures. To top it all off, the curtain covering the entire window wall to the outside wasn’t completely attached which complimented the missing deadbolt really nicely. The breakfast that I had short after it started tasted like it had been out for hours, not 30 minutes. Not the worst, but certainly dissatisfied.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! First of all Alisha and I think her name was Pam checked me in and they were so friendly and helpful! My room was amazing! And then to finish it off yummy breakfast fit for a king ...omelets to order cooked right in front of you soooo good! I'll definitely stay here again! And recommend to everyone I talk to thank you
